2: A Aggies Football Team | The A&M football team, nicknamed as the Aggies, is located at College Station, Texas. The football team as a lot of traditions which make it fun for the team and the fans. The Aggies have won Nationals in 1939, the Big 12 Division in 1997, 1998, and the Co-Championship in 2010.

3: B Cotton Bowl Competition | The Cotton Bowl is located in Dallas, Texas and is an athletic association that holds football games and others. The Cotton Bowl was built in 1937 holding over 17 thousand fans. Each year the AT&T Cotton Bowl Classic will serve as the New Years Day home for the Big 12 Conference and Southeastern Conference. In the meeting two teams are picked to participate in the Cotton Bowl. The universities that will be playing are shared among $7 million. Since 1937 the Cotton Bowl has contributed $166 million dollars to higher education. |

4: C Texas Rowing Center Venue | The Texas Rowing Center is a rowing and kayaking concession located on Lady Bird Lake in Austin, Texas. Since 1987 Texas Rowing Center as taught over 10,000 people to row and kayak. They have over three hundred active members and have people visit on a daily basis. They are open all day and have events for everyone to participate and have fun.

5: D Drew Brees Individual | Drew Brees was born and lived in Texas until getting signed into the New Orleans Saints football team. Drew Brees went to Westlake High School and played football and basketball in Westlake and leading onto to just playing College football. Drew Brees brought the New Orleans Saints to their first NFl title and later on their first NFl championship.

6: E National Elite Gymnastics Venue | National Elite Gymnastics is owned and operated by Mark England. Mark founded the National Elite Gymnastics in 1988 and located it in Austin Texas. NEG or National Elite Gymnastics helps develop children build strong mental, physical, and social attributes. NEg offers both recreational and competitive teams, but has something for every child that wants to participate in gymnastics.

7: F Chap Field Venue | Westlake Chaparral Stadium, or Chap Field, is a high school football stadium located in Austin, Texas. The field serves as a home field for the Westlake Chaps football team. The field opened 2002 with a 21-10 victory over Westwood Wariors. The Chap field holds the schools football, track, lacrosse, and soccer events.

8: G Gymnastics History | Gymnastics is a practice or training in excersise that develops physical strength, agility, and mental capacity. The most popular form of gymnastics is womens artistic gymnastics. 4.5 million people participate in gymnastics in the US alone. You can participate in every state in a gym or indoor stadium.

9: H Mia Hamm Individual | Mia Hamm is a professional US soccer player, born in Alabama, and moved to TX. MIa Hamm was born to play soccer with playing outstanding youth soccer. She played in the professional womens national team foe 17 years, building one of the biggest fan base of any athlete.

10: I Dallas Ice Arena Venue | The Dallas Ice Arena is located in Dallas, Texas. It has hosted the United States Hockey League competitons since 1945. it is a year round ice arena offering public skating, parties, and fun activities.

11: J Taylor Jungmann Individual | Taylor Jugmann is from temple, Texas with a career of a UT baseball player. He went to high school in Georgetown and is now a junior at the University of Texas. Taylor's position is a pitcher and improving his record 7-0, and pitching 8.0 innings.

12: K Kayaking, TX Competition | The Kayaking Competiton is located in Austin, Texas on Lady Bird Lake. Only the finalists will compete together and the competition is an hour and a half long. The distance is about 4.3 miles with a 150 meter portage. The competiton is held every year in September with other flat water competitions taking place on the same day.

13: L Lacrosse History | Lacrosse is a sport originated from Indians of North America would play with 2 ten people teams, attempting to send a small ball into the other teams' netted goal. Each player is equipped with a crosse, or stick with a small net at the end to catch the throwing ball. Lacrosse can be played anywhere in Texas.

14: M Reach the Beach Gulf of Mexico Nationals Competition | Reach the beach Gulf of Mexico nationals is a cheerleading competition held in Galveston Island Convention Center. The location and experience makes the Reach the Beach Gulf of Mexico Nationals cheerleading and dance crew the best nationals around. The competition was founded in 1991 to being everyone in the area an experience of cheer and dance.

15: N Nascar, Tx Motor Speedway Competition | The Nascar Texas Motor Speedway construction began in 1955. Mark Martin won the first Nascar event at the Texas Motor Speedway on April, 5th, 1997. The next afternoon, Jeff Burton won the inagural cup series in front of a sellout crowd. But after that race, a second renovation, completed in less than two months, the project eliminated dual banking and gave the track its current configuration.

16: O Odessa Jacklopes Team | The Odessa Jackalopes are a junior hockey team in the National Hockey League. Their mascot is a Jackalope named SlapJack. They play their games in Ector County Coliseum,and are based in Odessa, Texas. They began as the Owatonna Express based in Minnesota. They played in the central division for 3 seasons, from 2008-2011, until being sold to the Odessa Jackalopes.

17: P El Paso Patriots Team | The El Paso Patriots are an American soccer league in their 20th season of soccer. Located in El Paso, the team is named after the US Army Air Defense Artillery's patriot Defense System. Enrique Cervantes has been the owner of the team since 1991. Their stadium is the Gary Del Palacio Field of dreams.

18: Q Omar Quintanilla Individual | Omar Quintantilla was born October 24th, 1981 in El Paso, Texas. He is a major league baseball player for the Texas Rangers. In 2003 he was drafted for Oakland athletics, and had a very successful season. However, in August 2010, he was suspended from the team for a total of 50 games, because he tested positive for Methylhexaneamine, a performance-enhancing drug, which is a violation.

19: R Bull Riding History | Bull Riding was one of the first sports to take place in the United States. Bull riding originated in the 1700's when Spanish ranchers influenced many of the cowboys to take up bull riding. At the end of long cattle drives, cowboys would often have competitions to see who the best bull rider was. Eventually, onlookers started paying fees to see the cowboys compete, and it became an official rodeo competition in 1932.

20: S Bob Cat Stadium Venue | Bobcat Stadium is 16,008-seat multi-purpose stadium is San Marcos, Texas. Opened in 1891, the stadium is home to the Texas State University Bobcats. The field was renamed the Jim Wacker Field at Bobcat Stadium, in honor of the past athletics director of football and their successful athletic program, Jim Wacker,

21: T Tejas Rodeo Competition | The Tejas rodeo is located in Bulverde, Texas and has many fun activities for everyone. These activities include a mechanical bull, a steakhouse, a saloon, and fun music and dancing. The rodeo also has bull riding, barrel racing, and live music.

22: U TCU Horned Frogs Team | TCU stands for Texas Christian University and is located in Fort Worth, Texas. Their mascot is the horned frog and their colors are a proud purple and white. The college was founded in 1873. The annual cost to attend TCU including room, board, tuition, books, and fees is $41,000. TCU is an educational, coeducational university.

23: V Volleyball History | Volleyball originated in the United States and ranks just behind soccer in participation of sports. Today, there are more than 46 million people in the US who participate in volleyball. The sport was founded in 1895 by William G. Morgan. The Olympic Committee recognized volleyball as an Olympic Sport in 1957,and was included in the 1964 Olympics.

24: W Fort Worth Flyers Team | The Fort Worth Flyers Track team are a non-profit organization created in 2009. The team ranges from ages 9-18 residing in the DFW complex. The athletes both compete and participate in Philanthropic duties. The Flyers start training in the summer and end the season with the Junior Olympic Games.

25: X Cross Country History | Cross country originated in England with a game called "paper chase" in the early 19th century. However, the first formal competition was called the Crick Run and held at Rugby School in England. Many other public schools picked up these competitions, soon to follow was Cambridge and Oxford Universities. The English National Cross Country Championship was established in 1876.

26: Y Vince Young Individual | Vince Young was born May, 18th, 1983 in Houston, Texas. For most of his childhood his father was in and out of jail for being a burglar. At the age of 7, Vince was hit by a car while riding his bike causing severe internal injury. Looking back on the experience, Vince says it made him stronger. During Vince's senior he had a phenomenal season. With over 4,000 yards and 59 touchdowns, catching the eyes of many college scouts. He played for the Texas longhorns then went on to play for the Tennessee Titans.

27: Z Kim Zmeskal Individual | Kim Zmeskal was the first American woman to become the world all-around champion in 1991and was the US national champion in the senior division for 3 years in a row. IN 1991 Kim was named the Olympic committee's SportsWoman of the year. She scared a perfect 10.00 on her vault in the US championships. She left the Barcelona Olympics with a team bronze. After the Olympics and her professional career, She married Chris Burdette and moved to her native Texas to open a gym.
