2: Introduction | Business management is the process of the planning, co-ordination and control of a business. To survive in the long run, a business must be profitable and liquid. To do so, it must create sufficient value for its customers so that its revenues exceed its total costs. The overall task of business management is to address successfully the problems that confront a business in its role as a value-creating organization.

3: The information about Business Management field is to provide an understanding of important aspects in education, salary and the business market. The data and information implemented in the analysis the recent and relevant to today's business management field. ****************************************************** The program structure offers innovative approaches to learning, including seminars, value added presentations, case analysis, online business simulations, and external consulting projects.

4: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY | The purpose of the research summary is to provide information within the Business Administration-Management program, which makes it easier to understand this field. The focus is on related jobs, the nature of work, income levels, education and qualifications, and job opportunities in different areas of business management.

5: Challenges In Business | To treat employees in professional manner is challenging for the new manager. Nevertheless, some problems come on the way from both employees and manager such as (1) The greatest challenge faced as a manager is unpredictability. (3) Having skills in place to recognize and handle these challenges is critical in today's complex business environment.
