1: Where The Red Fern Grows Wilson Rawls Realistic Fiction

2: Ozark Mountains of Northeastern Oklahoma

3: A young boy is working for two hound puppies. The boy finally gets the money for the two dog. Billy the boy wanted the dogs so bad that he walked two get them on the trip back the boy and dogs get closer then ever. The boy trans his dogs for coon hunting later on he puts them in a contest. Close to the end of the book one of the dogs die. After the first dog died the second one died becouse he didn't eat and he never lefter her side soon he died after both of the dogs died they where barred by each other a fern grew right between them. That is my summery about Where The Red Fern Grows.

4: Billy---is the owner of the two dogs and the one who worked really hard to get them. Ol-Dan---is the male dog in the book who died after Lil-Ann Lil-Ann---is the female dog that died first in the book because of rabies.

5: The two hound dogs die at he end of the book one by rabies the other by love for the other. | Because of the love the two dogs love that they shared a red fern grew between the dogs grave.

6: Wilson Rawls lived a live kinda like the boy in the story Billy. Wilson was born on a small farm in the Ozark Mountains. He hound when he lived in Oklahoma that he loved and that dog inspired him to right this story about Where The Red Fern Grows.

7: I would recommend these book to people that like to hunt,and that love dogs. This book is really good i love this story . Its entertaining and has alot of exciting and sad parts but its really a good book.
