FC: A Christmas Carol Poem | By: Sylvia Bella Garcia

 Poem about a Christmas Carol...

The man no one wanted to talk to The man filled with mock and greed Ebenezer Scrooge, no Christmas to do No festive to have, and no pear seed. Old friend Marley visits ol' Scrooge on Christmas Eve Tells him the next 3 nights will be life changing. He doesn't believe and his time is wasting. On the first night Ghost of Christmas Past showed Scrooge a boy and a girl, him and his sister Fan.

Shows his employer all good and jolly, And Ebenezer Scrooge merry and holly. And his fiancée leaving him with one last goodbye And young Scrooge not batting an eye. On the second night Ghost of Christmas Present shows Crachits' family, and Scrooge finds his 15 shillings is less than decent. With Tiny Tim to care for and many mouths to feed, Scrooge regrets his remark about the surplus poplulation indeed.

On the third night, Ghost of Christmas Future, shows the death of one. "Ebenezer Scrooge" the gravestone is as obvious as the sun. They'll rip off the bedsheets and tear down the clothes. First confused then Scrooge's fury shows.

Then Scrooge awakes and its Christmas Day. He has a second chance, and he won't let it get away.
