24: Primary Colors are yellow, red, and blue. Secondary Colors are two primary colors mixed together. Tertiary Colors are a combination of a primary color with a secondary color. Complementary colors are directly across from one another.

26: Lesson Create a geometric design. | 1. Decide on a pair of complementary colors you want to use to create a design. All possible pairs include: (red&green) (violet&yellow) (orange&blue) (yellow orange & blue violet) (yellow green &red violet) (blue green & red orange) 2. Get the five sheets with printed squares your teacher provided. Each sheet will have a different size square. You will paint each square using the pair of colors you chose with tempera paint. 3. Plan your design, decide the order you want the colors to have. To avoid confusion write the color name on each sheet. 4. Once you have the tempera paint begin painting each square. 5. Cut and glue each square to complete the design. Write your name on the back.
