FC: The Six Essential Geography Elements

2: The World in Spatial Terms | I know that the phrase sounds scary, but it can be broken down into two simple sections: absolute location and relative location.

3: Absolute location is the exact point at which a place is located. For example the absolute location of | Relative location is the location of an object in relation to other objects. For example the relative location of Queen's gate is west of Exhibition Road

4: Places and Regions | These are the physical and human characteristics the way they are. This also includes the way culture changes our views on certain areas of the world

5: Day of the Dead is a very important staple in the Mexican culture

6: Physical Systems | These are the physical process that shape the Earth's surface, and the different places ecosystems are on Earth.

7: The Grand Canyon was shaped by a physical process.

8: Human Systems | The distribution, and migration of people around the world.

9: The photo shows world population growth.

12: The Uses of Geography | We can use geography to interpret the past and predict the future.
