BC: On Arthur's tombstone was written, "Here lies King Arthur, once and future king."

FC: King Arthur By Savannah Rutsch

1: In trade for help to win Lady Igraine's hand, Uther promised Merlin his first born son, who was later named Arthur.

2: To prove that Arthur was the true heir to the throne was Arthur, Merlin created the Sword in the Stone. Inscribed in the stone was, "Whoso pulleth out this sword from this stone and anvil is rightwise king born of England.

3: The archbishop announced that on Christmas day everyone would get a chance to pull at the stone. Also, in celebration of the event, the archbishop announced that there would be a tournament.

4: While at the tournament with Sir Kay, Arthur pulled the sword from the stone.

5: After proved himself 5 times Arthur was finally crowned.
