Hunting has always been what my entire family enjoys. It is one of the only times when we are all together for longer than 3 hours. My whole family (close and distant) come together and share stories and travel to friends' camps to see what they got so far. Hunting is our family time. | My grandpa has always been the person that I am closest to. He was my biggest influence growing up and I am most like him and my grandma. I try my hardest to do what I can for them when they need help or want something done. They've always been there for me and it's how I want to be when I'm older.
I live in a family of Realtors. My mom, dad, step mom, step brother, step sister, and cousins are Realtors. This means I know I a lot about real estate but it also takes up a lot of our time spend together because they are constantly working. It has made life kind of boring at times and I get put on a lot of bad missions like driving for 7 hours taking pictures of houses. | My family is confusing. Period. I have step parents, step siblings, half siblings, nieces, nephews but no whole siblings. It is an brain teaser in itself to try to explain. To say I have 4 brothers and 2 step siblings is a much easier way of putting it.
As a leader of Free3, one thing I value is staying drug, tobacco and alcohol free. I feel like there is nothing good that comes out of these things, so why would I need them. I try to surround myself with people like me who make the same choice to be uninfluenced. | Last year I was nominated for a volunteering reward. In my opinion, volunteering is something that I find really important. Helping out the people that need it, is something that we all should do. Having empathy for others is something that is going out of style in our world.
In my family, it is an expectation that when someone in the family has something big going on, you attend. Football, wrestling, basketball, baseball, NHS, what ever it may be, you support your family. | Also, in my family when someone asks for help, you help. My grandparents are getting older and have health issues. Without a question, I do anything for them. If you don't, they get disappointed, which no one wants.
I love my pictures. I love taking them and hanging the up on my walls. I love messing around and making them look cool. They capture all the memories I don't want to forget . They're fun to just sit and smile at. They show how sentimental I really am. | Even though he has had a slip up, Ryan Braun is my favorite athlete. He usually stays out of the public eye and is a genuinely good person and I love to wear his shirt in pride.
My horses, dogs. and cat have been a huge part of my life. I absolutely love animals and it is something I'm passionate about. I want to go into a field involving animals. | I love our truck, our four-wheelers, and our cottage! These three things just go together perfectly. It is one of my favorite places to be! I have so many memories with my family there and I look forward to summer just for this picture.
Some of my proudest moments have happened in the past couple years. I got into NHS. I "ran" in a Dirty Girl marathon for breast cancer. I have met with Mayor Jim Schmitt (and got on TV for the second time).
I also spoke at a meeting with state officials. I met with Reid Ribble, Ron Johnson, Herb Kohl. I attended camp and met a ton of new friends and also learned more about acceptance. I was a part of a great group that was awarded the Exemplary Service Award of Outagamie County. And the list goes on....
