 WILLIAMS RESIDENCE | Residential Design
This residential design was to model a fully functional basement consisting of a home theater, lounge and bathroom. The interior of the building coincides with the outdoor living space. The colors I chose reflect nicely off of the wide windows and natural lighting to complete the look. | WILLIAMS RESIDENCE | Residential Design
 ERIKSEN RESIDENCE | Residential Design
ERIKSEN RESIDENCE | Residential Design | This residential project was done in AutoCad Revit Architecture 2013. This home is modeled after a model home in Michigan. This project includes a reflected ceiling plan, elevations, perspectives, construction documents and full renderings.
 THESIS PROPOSAL | Commercial Design
THESIS PROPOSAL | Commercial Design | This commercial design is my Thesis Proposal for green sustainable living in an Urban area. The concept of this project was to create a building with a purpose that would give back to the community and solve a social issue at the same time. I designed a building that contains a fully functional green roof and a market floor which will be able to sell the produce being grown on the green roof. This building helps promote growth within a community, agriculture and healthy lifestyle.
 STONE 49 | Commercial Design
STONE 49 | Commercial Design | This commercial project was to refurbish an Historical building in the state of Michigan. Modeled after 1849 Old Stone Store, located in Rochester, Michigan, I converted this historic building into a two story restaurant complete with family dinning, a lounge, outdoor patio and balcony and up to ADA standards.
