The 15th Amendment - Page Text Content

FC: 1. The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude. 2. The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation." The 15th amendment meant something bad to me because the United States should not be denied to vote by their skin color, race or of previous condition of servitude. This affects me because not a lot of people would vote because of their race, or skin color.
