 The bad beginning
 Lemony Snicket Mystery
The Quiet beach Count Olaf's House
The book is about bad events. The three children were at a beach when somebody told them that their house has been burned down and both of their parents died. They stayed with Mr. Poe he found a man who would take the kids, his name was Count Olaf. One promise that the mothers daughter Violet made was to take care of her sisters. While the kids were living with Count Olaf he started to mistreat them and made them do his laundry and he barley even fed the children. They had to feed them selves. All he wanted was the children's fortune. Count Olaf had a tower that the kids were not aloud to enter. He told the children that they were going to play in a play at his theater. A couple days later Count Olaf told them to meet him in his secret tower and all the children went up there. as soon as they got up there he locked every kid besides Violet.
Count Olaf and her went down to present the play she knew something was up. And the end of the play Count Olaf told the entire crowd that as soon and Violet turns eighteen we are getting married. The only reason why he wanted to get married to her is because of the fortune. She later told the crowd that this cant happen because she did not sign the document of her agreeing to it. In the end they took the kids and let them choose their new guardians. The Author's point is that you cant always get what you want. The moral of the story is, it is better to work for something instead of trying to get it the easy way.
Violet - She is the oldest. She is fourteen years old. Violet is also a inventor, when she is thinking she puts her hair back into a pony tail. Klaus - He is twelve years old. He is also very smart. He loves to read and study.
Sunny - She is the youngest. She always pulls pranks. she loves to have fun and do exciting things. Count Olaf - is the guardian of the children. He mistreats them. And all he wants from the kids, and even why he is taking care of them is for the fortune.
One of the internal conflicts is when the kids mansion burns down and their parents die. The resolution is they find a guardian named Count Olaf. Another internal conflict is when Count Olaf tries to marry Violet because it's legal. The resolution is that she proves that it can't happen because she didn't sign the document.
Another external conflict is when Count Olaf is trying to steal their fortune. The resolution is when Violet does not let that happen because she is very intelligent.
I think that the author is very created but also weird. I think that because of all the weird scenes in the book. He is very intelligent I can tell. Especially to make such a great book. In the end I think that Lemony Snicket is a great author.
In my own words I think that anybody should read this book. The book keeps you on your toes and you never want to put it down. The book also is exciting and fun to read. I would defiantly recommend this book to anybody.
