All photos are from google images. | http://www.ushistory.org/documents/amendments.htm

Amendment I | Amendment I states the freedom of speech, religion, press, assembly, and petition. | "I believe in freedom of speech, but I believe we should also have the right to comment on freedom of speech." -Stockwell Day-

In America we have the right to freedom of speech. Many people today believe those rights are getting taken. Thousand of people today protest for this right.

 Amendment II

Amendment II is the right to keep and bear arms in order to maintain a well regulated militia. In this photo it is saying that objects do not commit the crimes the people do. The objects are just objects until the people take control of it. No matter what the object is, it still does not commit a crime.

Amendment III | This still goes by modern day laws by any one person not being aloud in ones home without permission.

Amendment III states no quartering of soldiers. In this photo a soldier is trying to get into a citizens home, but he has the right to say no. Any free man has this right.

 Amendment IV

Search and Arrest | Freedom from unreasonable searches and seizures. No man is aloud to go into your home without reason and search your home. Doing so is against the law. This law still remains the same to this day.

AMENDMENT V | Right to due process of law, freedom from self-incrimination, double jeopardy. | This law had remained the same.

 Right in criminal cases

Right to a fair trial | Amendment VI

Amendment 6 states In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial | These laws remain the same to this day.

Rights in Civil Cases | "In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law."

This law still is in the law. When in trial you must obey all rules. This photo is where the jury sits during trials.

 Amendment VIII

Freedom from excessive bail, cruel and unusual punishments | This law is still genuinely the same. What your crime is bases of what your punishment is. The worse the crime, the worse the punishment will be.

Other rights of the people | Amendment IX | Amendment IX keeps the rights of the people. Any free man has his rights, but must still go by the laws. This law remains the same today.

In this photo there are children waving flags signaling their freedom and liberty. That is a right they have.

Powers Reserved To The States | Amendment X

This law still remains the same to this day. "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." The states have their own rights, not just the U.S.A.
