FC: Twas the Night Before Christmas by WatermelonBoy

Twas the night before Christmas, and no one could see Old St.Nick on the roof, laughing with glee He hopped off his sleigh, with a huge grin Bounding and leaping, and scraping his shin

And out in the distance, you could easily hear A rumbling noise, clearer than clear Momma rustled in bed, moving her blouse While ole' Pappa hunted and hunted, just for a mouse

St. Nick slid down the chimney, with a small grunt A little elf followed, only a runt He fell to the floor and made a large thud While the elf followed suite, his impact a dud

He dusted himself off, and stood up with a smile This opportunity came, only once in a while Here he was, in little Candy Town Inside a country, ruled by a crown

He stood tall, and large as a boulder Gleaming with pride, and sack on the shoulder Pappa busted into the room, a bat in this hand But when he saw who it was, he couldn't even stand

Pappa's knees gave out, and he fell to the ground His heart was racing, you could hear each pound Momma raced in, eyes as wide as grapefruit When she saw who it was, she exclaimed "shoot!!"

"Who are you?" She asked with great fear "You should know that I'm St.Nick", thats a given my dear He bellowed with laughter, that shook the brick He pulled out a sucker, and it he began to lick

He emptied the sack, and out poured the candy And a bottle of liquid, quite the opposite of brandy Which he drank very quick, with a small sploosh A yellowish liquid, by the name of apple juice

In the corner sat a tall green fir Which he'd soon line with candy, of that he'd be sure The elf bounced around the room, helping with the job With all the glass he broke, you'd think there had been a mob

When the task was finished, and the glass swept up He climbed back up the chimney, plupity plup The elf bound back up too Nearly losing a shoe

Out of the chimney, covered with soot He came out with such force, almost breaking a foot And out came Roger, the elf with a hat So there the pair, quiet as can be, silently sat

With a breathe of relief, and a relaxing sigh They went to the sleigh, and there they started to lie When out popped the sun, clear as could be Previously hidden, by a dozen or so trees

The reindeer popped out from the snow Clearly illuminated by Rudolph's nose's glow They smiled, their grins were wide As they held their heads up, filled with pride

So off Santa flew, straight to the north pole His work here was done, he'd accomplished his goal Another Christmas night had passed But the memories would always last
