1: Cuba has been producing sugar cane since the 1800's. | The flag of Cuba was adopted on May 20, 1902, containing a field with three blue stripes and two white stripes, and a red equilateral triangle at the hoist with a white 5-pointed star.

2: Cubans come in all different shapes and sizes and are very native to the Cuban area. They also live in other regions but primarily come from Cuba.

3: The Spanish flag was adopted December 6th, 1978.

4: The earliest modern humans inhabiting Spain are believed to have been Neolithic peoples who may have arrived in the Iberian Peninsula as early as 35,000–40,000 years ago and have been here every since.

5: The USS Maine was launched November 18th, 1890 and was built by the New York Naval Shipyard in Brooklyn, New York.
