1: In this book you will see learn and find out why women should be more recognized in sports.
2: Argument one: There are more sports played by men than women. Proof: For an example the CFL & the NFL it's all men playing,no women.Women did not get their own basketball league until 1997 and men got their own basketball league in 1946!
4: Argument two: Most women sports aren't televised. proof: The Grey) cup(bottom left),Super bowl(right side), and the Stanley cup(top left) finals are always televised but not women's championships.The only ones that are mostly televised are women's tennis & golf championships.
6: Argument three: Some men thought women aren't tough enough. Proof: A lot of men said that women are not built for sports and they are weak because of their domestic roles as mothers and wives.

11: - Danica Patrick was the first woman ever to win the Indy car race in 2008. - Haley Wickenheiser won two gold Olympic medals in ice hockey in 2002 & 2006 and one silver medal in hockey in the 1998 Olympics. She also won six gold medals in the IIHF women championship. - Serena Williams won one gold medal and is ranked number two in the world in women's tennis. - Vonetta Flowers won one gold medal in Bobsledding in the winter games in 2002 and was the first black person to win a gold medal in the winter Olympics. - Women were not allowed in the Olympics till 1900.
12: Conclusion Why women should be more recognized in sports? Female athletes are entitled to having the same media exposure as male athletes because both genders should have equal rights! Women are just as equal as men and that's what I am trying to prove.Women have accomplished so much in sports and many other things after women were declared person's which the famous five help accomplish.
