FC: 2012 | Our Year of | Jubilee | Derek Fletcher Family

2: Our Year of Jubilee! 2012 was declared our year of jubilee because of all the special celebrations and family gatherings. From family reunions to baptisms, missions, priesthood ordinations, college graduations, and temple sealing, this year held them all.

3: We started our year by celebrating the New Year with Cassie traveling the Island doing all the tourist things and had a blast doing it! When ended the year the same way when DJ and Tanisha came. Along with all the good times, we had some sad ones too, On December 8, 2012 we said goodbye to our beloved dog Max. After 13 wonderful years, 8 years as part of our family, Max passed away of cancer. We will miss him.

7: We had a GREAT time! Six Flags Discovery Kingdom used to be Marine World Africa USA when we lived at Travis. Now it has it all. It's like a Zoo, Sea World and an amusement park all rolled into one. Zachary and Amber got their rides, I got my shows and everyone was happy. It was awesome. | Six Flags Discovery Kingdom

12: January is always a crazy month with three birthdays right after Christmas but we made it through once again. And even fit in a backyard carnival for Ethan's birthday!

20: Mission Bound | Detroit Michigan | Adam received his mission call, Friday, March 30th. He will be serving in the Michigan, Detroit Mission. We called Cassie, DJ, and the Bishop and gathered all the family together to read the letter. And he took his sweet old time about it, making his mom crazy! | Goodbye Wisdom Teeth | Hello MTC!

27: Helpful | Ethan enters Cub Scouts

28: Enchantment | Under the Sea | The Boy Scouts held a fund-raiser to help pay for Scout Camp. They held a spaghetti dinner and dance. The theme was Enchantment Under the Sea--from the movie Back to the Future. Derek, Noah, and I were on the decorating committee. We blew up a lot of balloons! And had a GREAT time!

31: Let Freedom | Ring | We spent 4th of July this year walking in the annual Kailua parade. It was a lot of fun and everyone said our family was the hit of the parade.
