1: This book made possible through the combined efforts of Daryl & Linda Mitchell

3: The Cedar Valley Research and Recovery Treasure Hunting Club is a fast growing family oriented club that owes its existence to its members, individuals who have contributed freely of their time and talents to help make the club successful. Club functions include the hunt for a lead Hockey Puck, there are club hunts and an open hunt in June at Illiniwek Forest Preserve at Hampton, IL, plus an eight month "Find of the Month" contest. With the exception of the club and open hunt, awards are presented to the finder of the Hockey Puck, the "FOTM" winners and the best find of the year winner. At the end of each year the club also makes donations of money to local nonprofit groups.

Metal detecting will reward you every time in fun, exercise, and valuable treasure!
