4: Dear Birthmother We are so happy you found us! Thank you for wanting to learn more about our gang. We have so much we want to tell you about our fun and sometimes crazy boys, our passions, our beliefs, our love for each other and this amazing journey we're all traveling through called life. Our Story We have history! James and I met at 15 and 17 years old. I can honestly say I’ve never had so much fun with one person in my life. It didn’t matter what we were doing, we loved being together. Some of the things we loved to do were motorcycle rides, fly fishing, hiking, mowing lawns together, watching movies, going to dances and more motorcycle rides. My girlfriends were always entertained with my dating adventures. (Theirs always seemed so boring). Yes, we were inseparable and had become best friends. Then it was time for his mission, this was a hard choice and reality for us both. At this time we had a lot of people hoping we would make good decisions. After much praying, soul searching and talking it through, James happily turned in his mission papers. He absolutely loved his mission and served successfully in Florida. We wrote and kept in touch the whole mission. I know what the next question is did you guys make it? Absolutely! When he got back we were married 9 months later. Looking back now we are so grateful he served a mission and feel like we have been blessed in our life and marriage. We have been married 18 years and still going strong. Those past years have been wonderful, fulfilling and hard working along with plenty of lessons learned and some disappointments. We feel so blessed to be married eternally to our very best friend and raising four absolutely amazing boys we adore!

5: Our Boys Gabe is the oldest, he just turned 16. He has many friends and enjoys being with them at school or hanging out. He does awesome in school which comes easy for him if he really tries he can get 4.0’s. He is a good example to whom ever he is around, especially his younger brothers. Gabe enjoys many things but his true passions are motorcycle and bike riding. He also enjoys basketball, swimming, reading and driving! Gabe has earned his Eagle Scout Award and is very involved in young men’s. Jake is 14 and very social, he is Mr. Confident! Jake has been such a joy to have as a child. Upbeat, positive and whirlwind are a few words that describe Jake. He is very busy with friends, swimming, tearing apart motors, eating, and spicing things up where ever he might be. He is a good student that likes to talk, but he still does well in school. Jake has also earned his Eagle Scout Award and is involved in young men’s. Jake is a fun brother and good example, he is a natural leader. Luke just turned 11. Luke is unique in that he is our little blonde hair, blue eyed kid. Luke has all the interest in motorcycles and bikes as the older brothers but his true passion in life is sports, especially baseball and basketball. Luke is so sensitive and a little bit of a worrier. He wants to do well and be a good kid, he has many friends and loves to play with them. He is especially willing to be friends with the special needs kids at his school. He says he wants them to feel happy. He is also our little spiritual giant that is a good example for all of us. Isaac is 6 and fun as heck! We don’t know what we would do without him in our family. He brings so much joy to us all. Having a conversation with him is classic, he really knows his stuff. He loves to follow in the footsteps of his big brothers in motorcycling and bikes. Isaac loves to play with the simplest toys just imagining as he goes, he’s also pretty fond of Sponge Bob. He loves to play with friends and is learning to read and write in kindergarten.

6: Having four boys is a riot! We have so much fun trying to keep up with them and their ideas and energy. We rarely have dull moments in our home. We enjoy being together whether it is camping in our camper trailer, motorcycling, going to Grandpa Bob's cabin, hiking or biking. We also love to eat together and this gives each of us the opportunity to share about our daily experiences. We also like to go to baseball games, laugh at funny things and work together. Sundays are a favorite because we are all together, going to church and visiting family or just relaxing. James (written by Rebecca) I’ve always said James is my little gift from God. Meeting him at such a young age, he has inspired and affected my whole life. Everybody likes James, he is genuine and real. I can honestly say he is the kindest, most patient, hard working, honest, person I have ever known and these qualities truly bless the people in his life. I feel so grateful to have him as my husband and the father of my children. James has so many interests and talents; however being with the boys and I is probably first on his list. He loves the outdoors, he loves to plan and go on trips, and he loves to work and has built 4 beautiful homes for us. He is smart and I know we’ll always be taken care of. James is a peacemaker at home and in life, our kids always know they can get good advice and support from him. He is our superhero and the boys and I are so grateful he is so involved as a father and husband...he is always there to save the day!

7: Rebecca (written by James) Rebecca mesmerized me when she was 15 and I have been completely hooked ever since. We have a lot of history with each other and enjoy being together now more than ever! I love that Rebecca is so well rounded. very grounded but still spontaneous, up for adventure but loves to sit and read a book, can work in the yard or out-hike me but then get all primped up and girly! She completely adores our children and is an unbelievable mom. I love her excitement over the simple things in life she is a very talented quilter, devoted to her exercise and takes care of herself, very clean and organized and has an extremely deep and solid testimony of the gospel. Rebecca instills self worth and confidence in her children. I could write pages about her qualities but the bottom line is this I absolutely love being with and around my wife, as do our children, her friends and family. She is infectious! Well that is our gang and although this is a brief glimpse into our lives, we hope you have felt our sincere desire to be good parents to our boys and that we have a special unbreakable bond of love in our home. Although we face challenges and disappointments, the love we have has only grown over the years and each challenge only seems to make us stronger. We know you may be facing challenges in your life and we want you to know that we are mindful of you and know you will do what is best for you and your baby. No matter what the future holds or what decisions are finally made, we know that everything will be ok for us both. We hope and pray for your peace at this time. If you have any questions feel free to contact us and also check us out on our blog, www.beccajanes.blogspot.com Wishing you the best, James and Rebecca
