FC: Welcome to Our Life

Hello, We are so grateful that you are considering us to adopt your child. It is impossible for us to understand how you are feeling and what you must be going through to have come to this decision in your life, but we want you to know how much we believe that God has his hand in your decision, and we are all blessed to be a part of this experience. No matter which couple you decide to choose this child will be blessed because of your great wisdom, strength, and courage. We don't know you, but we greatly admire you for making this decision, and we value your thoughts and efforts in this process. Without you, we couldn't possibly make our dreams of having more children a reality. So, we want to say, "Thank you" for proceeding with our profile. We hope that by the end of this book, you will walk away knowing us and feeling the love that we have for each other and for our extended family. Our desire is for you to get a strong sense of believing that we have room in our hearts to love another, and that this child will be a perfect addition to our family. May God Be With You and Bless You In Your Journey, Caroline and David

We are Dave, Caroline, and Sabrina and our pets are Java, our dog, Sweetie Tweetie, our bird, and Hampy, our hampster. We live in a small, quaint, family-oriented town filled with tree-lined streets. "Mom and Pop" shops outline both sides of Main Street for at least two miles. Participating in annual parades and community activities is one way we support our neighborhood. Our home is situated across the street from the park and library, which makes it extremely convenient to walk outside our front door and be on the park grounds within seconds. The elementary school is less than one-quarter mile away, which allows us to walk to and from school everyday. We are extremely close and love each other unconditionally. Our relationship with one another is very open and respectful. We allow each other to verbalize our feelings and emotions freely and openly, but most importantly, decisions are discussed as a family. As parents, we feel this establishes a very strong and trusting bond between us. Our extended family is quite large, and we have formed more than a few good friendships since living in our town, so we look forward to planning for upcoming weekends to share what we love to do best with them, for example, day trips, going to the movies, playing at the park, or Sunday dinners. National and religious holidays is another thing we love to prepare for. During the winter and summer months, there's always something to look forward to such as, quick getaways, vacations, amusement parks, beach rentals, skiing, and ice skating. When we decide to stay at home, our enjoyment is playing board games or eating popcorn while watching a family movie. | Our Family of Three

My wife, Caroline, is an amazing person who loves and adores her family, which she considers her lifeline. She's an extraordinary woman with a big heart. Since I've known her I believe that, based on her values, Italian heritage, and faith, she has been able to show unmeasurable amounts of love to me, Sabrina, and her extended family and friends. One of her passions is being around children. Caroline has a special way of making children smile and making them feel loved. Her love for our daughter is indescribable. She is grateful for being able to be a stay-at-home mom because it allows her to dedicate her time and energy to Sabrina. Caroline takes this responsibility with great pride, as she would with any "full-time" job, and would not trade it for another position in the world. She enjoys being in her daughter's life, taking her to mom-and-daughter functions, driving her to after-school activities, and baking cupcakes for school fundraisers. She also volunteers her time at Sabrina's school, whether it be at the library or as a member of the PTO staff. Caroline finds it very gratifying and takes pleasure in helping out. | Sabrina's first fun-run | Plying "Pin the Wing on the Angel" game with cousins | Holiday baking with mom | Caroline doesn't miss an opportunity to dress-up for the kids | Caroline with her adoptive niece and "Goddaughter"

Caroline is an outgoing, spirited person who is full of life and has a love for people. She is kind, compassionate, and caring to all who know her. She takes pride in everything that is dear to her, and is also devoted to taking care of herself. Caroline eats healthy and stays active by exercising. She is also fearless and will not shy away from a challenge. When she sets her mind on a goal, she will see it through. I am most proud of being able to share with you a dream she had and a goal she conquered, which was running in the NYC Marathon. She took part in not one, but two marathons, in 2010 and 2011, and finished both races in respectable times. | Caroline | "Photo-Op" with Santa | She earned her 2nd marathon medal! | Cooling down on a "Log Flume Ride" with niece and Sabrina | written by Dave | Cupcakes for breakfast on Mother's Day | Caroline with her adoptive nephew and "Godson"

David was born into a family from Nutley, New Jersey, whose heritage is also rooted from Italy and raised with Catholic values. David is a devoted father and supportive husband who lovingly makes it a primary goal in his life to make his family happy. Dave is considered a "rock" in his immediate and extended family. He is a level-headed, sound, and responsible man who knows how to divide his time and energy between work, family, and friends. As an employee of 15 years at one firm, people would describe him to be a hard worker who performs exceedingly well at managing his department of 50 people. For the last five years, David has been a Senior Vice President of Finance to a staff who loves to work for him and respects him dearly. David absolutely loves to spend time with Sabrina by taking care of her, playing, reading, doing homework, and watching their favorite TV shows together. He is a "hands-on" dad who is not afraid of pink and doesn't mind doing girly things. If she's happy, he's happy! He delights in fine wines, dining, old cars. a good book, and classic movies. David loves to vacation and take long weekends off, whenever he can, usually with family or friends. | New York City hot dogs are da best! | Dave and brother-in-law became "Mad Chocolatiers" at Hershey Park

Sabrina is our pride and joy. She is an extremely spirited and free-willed little girl. Many people describe her to be a kind and loving person with a big heart. Sabrina loves life and loves to live it. One of her favorite pastimes is playing with her toys, especially Barbie dolls. But, spending time with her family, cousins, and aunts is a one of her passions. She has made many friends since pre-school, and enjoys making new friends wherever she goes. Some of her interests include swimming, ice skating, skiing, cooking, pottery, art, sewing, singing, and dancing. Sabrina loves to explore new things and is not afraid to try anything new. She really loves to watch television and use her imagination when playing. One of her teachers made a comment on her report card that she is very social and loves to talk and share conversations with her peers and adults. Going on vacations with family and friends is something she looks forward to doing every year, but spending time at home is just as satisfying, as well. | Lemonade and cookies for 10 cents | Getting ready for a swim with my BFF | Meeting Ariel was my dream come true
