We believe in a birth mother's right to choose. If she has the courage to place, she has the wisdom and right to choose her child's parents. Our child's birth mother is their first Mother. | Family | Birth mother | Dear | Dear birth mother, First of all, thank you for taking the time to read our profile. We can't imagine that the decision you are about to make will be an easy one. We won't pretend to know what you are feeling, what you are thinking or how scared you must be. All we do know, is, it takes a special person to take on such a selfless act of love. We hope this little book will give you a sense of who we are and what we have to offer to a child. We also trust that by reading our profile, we will be able to ease some of your burden as you find out more about who we are. Finally, we hope that through this process, you will discover peace and you will find exactly what you are looking for. Thank you for taking an interest in our profile and learning a little more about us. We hope something about us touches your heart as you consider the miracle of adoption. | Pierre & Danielle

My biggest dream is to one day have a family of my own so I can give a child the life and joys I was lucky enough to have. THINGS I LOVE: Creating my own happiness (at 31, I left my career in marketing to become a nurse), my awesome husband and family, my hilariously cute dogs, sarcastic and dry wit, taking pictures of everything, and making lists. | THINGS PIERRE LOVES ABOUT DANIELLE: Her ability to laugh at my jokes (even if they aren't always funny); the way she makes me feel so important in her life; her wonderful caring nature, which never fades no matter how tired she is; her love of animals and nature; how she is always ready for new adventures; and how dedicated she is to becoming a mother. | Meet | Danielle | My name is Danielle and I'm an oncology nurse with a passion for photography and all things crafty. When I’m not at the hospital working with cancer patients, you can probably find me out taking pictures, working on some homemade jewelery or just hanging out with Pierre. I’m the youngest of four children and my family has always been a huge part of my life.

My name is Pierre and I'm a department manager for a commercial construction contractor with a soft spot for dogs. As a department manager, I’m in charge of managing projects as well as over twenty employees. I enjoy my job, but my favorite time of day is when I get to spend time with Danielle and our dogs. I guess you could call me a homebody. I have two older siblings and one younger sibling. Growing up, I remember spending most of my childhood playing outside; climbing, running and laughing. When I think of having a family, I imagine our child getting to discover the world just like I did through fun, adventure and learning. | THINGS I LOVE: My wonderful wife; my two dogs; reading and learning about dog behavior and training; volunteering with a local greyhound rescue group, finding great deals at auctions and flea markets, and carpentry. THINGS DANIELLE LOVES ABOUT PIERRE: His sarcastic humor, his capacity to always make me smile every day, his endearing love of animals, the calmness he brings to any situation, his love of rules and order and his heartfelt desire to be a father. If ever there was such a thing as the perfect partner for me, it would be Pierre. He doesn’t just complete me, he makes being me a whole lot better. | Pierre | Meet

Our journey to parenthood - One of the things that bonded us most as a couple was our deep desire to have children. We started trying to get pregnant not long after we were engaged. We were soon diagnosed with infertility and went through two unsuccessful rounds of in vitro fertilization. We always knew adoption was a definite option for us, so it was an easy decision to switch our focus to welcoming a child through adoption. | Our love Story - Sometimes I feel like we were destined to meet. Over and over again our paths crossed, but we never met until the timing was just right. We met in 2009 on an online dating site. We clicked immediately and within the first month we knew we had something special. We were engaged a year later and married the following year. Today we still love spending as much time together as we can. We love trying new things, whether it's canoing, auction hunting or adventures with our dogs. We laugh every day, we never go to bed angry and cherish our moments together. | About | Us | by Danielle

We have really close families and love spending time with them. Pierre has two brothers and one sister, while Danielle has two sisters and one brother. Our 3 nieces and 3 nephews also mean the world to us! We both have fond memories of growing up with lots of family diners around the kitchen table, board games with our siblings and of course, fights over who gets the TV remote. | Our | Family | Claudette & Roger (Pierre's parents) | Amelie, Etienne, Sophie & Sheila (Pierre's brother) | Thuyen & Francoise (Pierre's sister) | David & Brianne (Pierre's brother)

Sylvia (Danielle's mother) | Heather & RayLynn (Danielle's sister-in-law) | Sébastien, Christine & Stéphane (Danielle's sister) | Isaac, Edgar, Suzanne & Alex (Danielle's sister) | We hope one day we will be able to give a child a family like the ones we had. Our family is excited to welcome a child into our life. They are all our biggest supporters and you can guarantee any child we welcome will be loved beyond words!

Pets | Our | Pacha is a 6 year old Shih Tzu and came to us when she was 2 years old. She's a funny, happy little girl who loves her daily walks. Bentley is a 5 year old greyhound. He also came to us when he was 2 years old. He has a goofy personality and is a bit of a klutz. He can run 40 miles/hour, but his favorite activity is still sleeping! | Even though they differ in size, our dogs are the best of friends. They sleep, eat and play together every day. Both of them also love children and have been around children frequently.

Our | Home | We live in a lovely two-story home in a quiet neighborhood. Our house was built in the 1950's and has lots of character and charm. We have 3 bedrooms, a large living room and a gorgeous yard. We're lucky to live in an area of town with lots of mature trees and a beautiful garden. In the summer we love to make a fire in our fire pit and invite our family and friends over for s'mores and hot dogs.

Moncton, NB Moncton is a Canadian City located in southeastern New Brunswick Situated along the Petitcodiac River, it lies at the geographic centre of the Maritime Provinces. The city is large enough to offer arts, entertainment and cultural diversity, while still being small enough to offer the comforts of a small town. It is a wonderful place to raise a family | City | Our

The Red String of Fate - "An invisible red string connects those who are destined to meet, regardless of time, place, or circumstances. The string may stretch or tangle but will never break" - Chinese proverb. We believe our red string will lead us to our future son or daughter. Is our red string connected to you?

Promises | Five | Five Fun Facts | Pierre and Danielle went to High School together, but never knew the other existed until they met 15 years later! | Our dog Bentley was rescued from a race track in Florida! | We talked about having kids on our very first date. Needless to say, it was important to us! | Pierre's mother and Danielle's father taught high school math together for years | At home we speak both English and French... and sometimes both in the same sentence. | Your child will always know their birth parents loved them dearly | Above all, we will love your child to the moon and back! | We will always be there to protect your child; pick them up when they stumble, catch them when they fall and wipe away their tears and fears with words of comfort and support. | We will give your child courage and strength to face not only the monsters in the closet, but also the scary every day challenges of life | Your child will always know where they come from

There are two things we should give our children; One is roots, and the other is wings.

 Words | Kind

As parents we hope to be loving, but firm; trusting, but cautious; and fun-loving, yet disciplined. We will raise your child to be honest, courteous, hard-working, and respectful of themselves and others. We want our children to be true to themselves and to know and appreciate their heritage, history, and culture We would like to sincerely thank you for reading our profile. We hope you have found that we are a loving, caring, and fun couple who is ready to add a child to our family. If your heart should lead you to us, we promise to love your child with everything we have and everything that we are. We look forward to getting to know you and your family if that is what you choose, and talking about what the future may look like together. | In | Closing
