2: Raymond's 4th Birthday 2009 In typical Carlton fashion, we celebrated twice: once with the family then second with friends. Here we are with Nana for celebration #1!

10: Mardi Gras 2009 in New Orleans | We were invited by the Kromer's to visit NOLA, home of the Saints. The boys were excited and Mike was able to catch up with Aaron and Big Dan.

14: Later in February I flew with the girls to Naples to visit Nana. We played on the beach and toured Ave Maria University. The weather was beautiful! | Hanna and Mary in Nana's condo
15: We were ready for a new dog in March. When the Weavers called to say they found a stray black lab, we ran to meet him. We knew he was ours... Welcome home Rocky!

20: We celebrated at school: I brought a cake in to lunch, then Hanna stayed after with some friends and Mrs. Crowe to play Wii Bowling! We also celebrated in Bald Head with the cousins, then at home with a Pajama Party! What a great 6th birthday!

53: Jason enters middle school as a 6th grader, Will is in 4th grade, Henry is at the top of the primary pod in 2nd grade and Hanna returns as a pro 1st grader. Raymond returns to Cornerstone in preschool 4's, and Mary and I get to spend mornings together!

56: RAIN September 2009 | It came down so hard this Friday that I pulled the kids out of school early. We had 2 extra streams in our backyard! Parts of Atlanta got hit hard: cars and houses floated away while schools were closed for damage.
57: It rained hard for 3 days straight. After it stopped we had fun watching the water flowing in the backyard and sloshing around in our rain boots and crocs! We were fortunate to not have any damage.
58: Mary's 2nd birthday was celebrated at our house with the Cornells, her Godparents. Her favorite gifts: Pigeon books and grocery cart! | 2

71: Since Karen and Ron moved back to OP, we decided it was time to welcome them home in person. We flew up on Columbus Day weekend and made sure our priorities were straight: family and Buffalo Bills! We toured the practice facility where Grandad's picture hangs on the wall and ran lots of plays. What a treat!

90: RV time! It was 6:30am on Saturday morning. We were driving through Cartersville when our rear tire blew up, and took the toilet with the force! Driving to Ohio without plumbing was not our plan!

We stayed with UJ in his upper east-side apartment and experienced his neighborhood, which is a few blocks from the Guggenheim. We took a historical tour in the financial district to experience the city in a different way!
