3: 2010 was a busy year for all. Alex continued in his second year of studies in Industrial Engineering at Dalhousie University in Halifax. He is the project manager for satellite project sponsored by the engineering faculty. Rebecca graduated from high school in the spring and started university at the U of C pursuing a degree in math. She enjoyed traveling and hanging out with friends. Ashley is enjoying herself with lots of traveling with the family. She saw Phoenix three times this year, enjoyed her first visit to Las Vegas with Rebecca and her mom. She enjoyed golfing, water skiing and just hanging out by the pool in Kimberley. Grade 9 saw her playing basketball and enjoying a few yoga classes with her sister. Doug & I had a busy year with skiing in the winter, spring break in Phoenix with the girls and golfing with friends. We bought a condo in Phoenix in May in Desert Ridge. Doug & I, Ashley & her friend Tatiana drove there in July to get the condo setup. Rebecca flew down and joined us for a week and to help drive back. We enjoyed the Hoover Dam on the drive to Las Vegas and seeing a couple of shows. We ended the summer with a couple of weeks of relaxing in Kimberley. We celebrated Mom & Denis' wedding in April. They are very good for each other. Everyone met in Phoenix for Christmas. Alex flew in from Halifax, Rebecca from Calgary. Doug, Ashley & I drove. It was wonderful to all be together. It was good to see picture of them in younger years. Joanne & Bryon's family made the journey south. Cole & Cadie were adorable as always. Having lots of fun! Mom & Denis are great together. Not only do they keep the other active, they are good friends. They are very happy together.
