BC: Kyle was a very special son . He was known to his friends as one who always had a smile to give. He was so very talented in both sports and music. He competed and won several medals for track, as he was a short distant runner. He played football in junior high, but gave that up later for music which then became his number one love. In junior high he was the only boy in the choir, and of course he loved the idea of being surrounded by girls, and he was not intimidated at all by this. In high school band he started out by playing the drums, but during a few short months, taught himself to read music and play the piano, then taught himself the alto saxophone. After saving up his money from working at McDonald's he purchased an electric guitar and was teaching himself to play this instrument also. There is a tree planted outside the choir room at the high school in his and Randi's honor. At the time of his passing, he was working very hard on a song that had become one of his favorites with the choir called "Oh Shenandoah". I cannot hear that song and not hear my Kyle practicing singing it. The Chamber Choir sang this song at his and his sisters funeral. I sure miss you Kyle "Till we meet again" Love Mom
