He was a member of the Claret Basketball Varsity Team when he was in highschool. He graduated college in Far Eastern University with the course Industrial Engineering. My father is a very loving and understanding head of the family. He is the one always accompanying us when we have commitments. He always finds time to come with us where ever we go. My father is also a good leader. He knows what to do in every situation. His good leadership maybe is one of the precious gifts my sister and I inherited from him.
7: My mother, Dr. Anavie Castro was born on March 15, 1965. She is an OB-GYNECOLOGIST. She graduated highschool in the University of Sto. Tomas and pursued her medical studies there. She graduated Biology as her premedical studies and she took medicine. She is a very kind, loving and understanding mother for us. Though she has a busy schedule, she still finds time for us. She is also a hardworking person. I think that her value of striving hard is one of the gifts I inherited for her that’s why I strive for excellence. She is also a smart person. She excels in a lot of fields especially in science.
9: My sister, Andrea Victoria Eireen Castro was born on May 9, 1991. She is a graduate of St. Theresa’s College Quezon City and is currently taking up her second year in her premedical studies in the University of the Philippines Diliman with the course Bachelor in Sports Science. My sister is an example of an excellent person. She excels various fields. She is academically good. She graduated High School as an outstanding student and was awarded University Scholar for her high grades in UP. She was a student leader when she was in High School and was part of STC’s prestigious dance group, the DanceStream. She also excels in sports. She plays lawn tennis. Although she excels in different fields, she never forgets to thank the good Lord above. She is a loving sister to me. She is always the one giving pieces of advices when I need them. She is also the one helping me not just in my school works but also in my personal problems. She is also a loving daughter to my parents. She strives hard in everything so that she can bring honor to the family.

I was in Claret since prep and I believe that Claret has helped me become a great person. I have achieved a lot of things in Claret. I have been a consistent honor student through the Claretian Education. One of my interests is music. I love listening to rock and metal. I know how to play the guitar and I think it is one of the talents God has given me. Other than music, I also love sports. I play basketball and lawn tennis. I was into taekwondo before and I have attained blue belt. Sports has taught me self-discipline and to work hard. I want to graduate High School in Claret and to study in the Ateneo De Manila University for college. One of my dreams is to become a college tennis player for my university. I dream to become a lawyer for lawyers fight for what is true and they fight for justice. I believe that it is truth and justice that will make this world a better place for us to live.
13: My 7th Birthday It was fun. Our relatives and friends are all there. But still, the family was incomplete for my dad wasn’t there because he was in United States back then. It was my first birthday that my dad wasn’t around. I was quite sad for we were not complete. Dad just sent me a gift fresh from the States. He sent me a video game console which I still treasure up to this day for it was from my dad and somehow through that gift, he made me feel happy for I realized that he remembered that very special day.
15: HongKong Trip We went to HongKong on December 1, 2002 to meet my father who was in the United States of America for 6 months. We felt a great feeling of relief for our family is complete again after my father’s 6 month absence. We stayed there for a week. We went around and visited a lot of places including the famous Ocean Park. We were very happy as a family for we were able to make our bonds stronger and closer than ever. I will continue to treasure those days for they were so meaningful and special for me.
17: Boracay, Here we go! We were celebrating my 10th birthday when we went to the famous Boracay. When our feet first kissed the sand of Boracay, we were mystified by its fine white sand. It really is white and it was really fine. We stayed there for a week. In that week, we enjoyed everything there. We enjoyed swimming, sand castle building, eating fresh sea foods and most of all; we enjoyed being a whole family. We went snorkeling to take a peek at the majestic marine life. We also visited the famous Crocodile Island. It was called Crocodile Island for the island take the shape of a crocodile. Our experience in Boracay was fun and I will continue to look forward for our next visit to it again.
