BC: While we try to teach our children all about life , our children teach us what life is all about.
FC: You can fall in love at first sight with a place as well as a person. Alec Waugh | Our Family Camping Adventure New Hampshire - July 2010
Getting Back To Nature | We were happy to arrive Saco River, North Conway on day 2. We drove all the way to Bangor, Maine before stopping at a nearby hotel to rest. The next day, we continued our drive to NH which was beautiful and everyone was happy to arrive at the campground and quickly set out to explore.
“Life is either a great adventure or nothing.” ~Helen Keller
There's a lot to do at the campground and we enjoyed hanging out and exploring. Our campsite is very large and overlooks the river.
Enjoying a scenic ride on the North Conway Railroad.
After the train ride, we checked out the miniature railroad display located nearby.
We had a huge site. | Our site was directly on the river with an awesome view.
Took a rest stop at alongside the river bank to throw some rocks.
Further down the river we stopped to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. We had lots fun swimming and playing in the river and enjoyed a glorious day.
 Heading back downstream.
New Hampshire is abundant in natural beauty and Diana's Baths in just one small example of this. We had an amazing day enjoying the natural waterfalls amongst the rocks which is nestled into the woods at the end of a beautiful nature hike.
In every walk with nature, one receives far more than he seeks. John Muir
The family is one of nature's masterpieces. George Santayana
A Lazy day on Saco River. | Life is Good!
 Boys will be boys!
Mount Washington It was a hot muggy day at the base of the mountain, but once we reached the summit, it was chilly and breezy. Unfortunately, the clouds were low and the view from the top of the mountain wasn't clear.
 Always a New Adventure
 Heading back downstream.
Some kids we met and played with (they were from NY). | Relaxing at the campsite!
An amazing day relaxing on Saco River. We kept cool by putting our chairs directly in the water and the kids enjoyed tubing, swimming, searching for treasures and playing ball. Craig spoiled us with lunch delivered directly to the river and we had a cooler full of refreshments. This was a day that I will cherish forever!!
A day at the beach is never complete without a game of catch!
 Lunch on the River!
Family is not an IMPORTANT thing.... it's Everything.
A treasure to a little boy does not consist of money, gems or jewelery. He will find far greater pleasure in the wonder of a rock, pebble, stick or bottle cap.
