BC: Real Winners of the Halloween Costume Contest | laughter | food | tears | Awarded to Alliance List Services
FC: memories | good times
1: We've become almost like a little family around here - welcoming the new babies and grandbabies, watching as all our kids grew up - some from infants, some from the teenage-years, and through high school; then watching as they left home (please don't move back!!) - some to join the work force, others to college or the military, or even getting married and having a family (Diane probably still can't believe Jerry made it that far!!). And there's all the good times we've shared over the years ... from the e-mail's that brought tears to our eyes or made us laugh 'til we cried; dressing up for Halloween in our cool costumes (I say we still should have won that first-place trophy!); or just being silly, laughing over something somebody said or did. And sure, there were some sad times, too, but there was always someone there with a hug, or a box of kleenex, or a few words of encouragement. But ya know, no matter what, there was always the FOOD - to celebrate a birthday, a wedding, a holiday, a bad day, a good day - it really didn't matter what the occasion was. And now our family is splitting up, but we're not going far - we'll still see each other and can still share in all the crazy stuff - and hey, who knows, maybe we'll be competing with each other in the Halloween costume contest. No matter what, we'll always have these memories to look back on, and they're sure to put a smile on our faces and warm our hearts. Good luck to everyone - we are AWESOME!!!
