2: The Beginning Atlanta Airport - Saturday April 9, 2011
3: It was a beautiful day when we arrived at the very small airport, gathered our luggage and met our driver to take us to the house. They drive on the left in T&C.
4: Sandstone Beach Villa Coconut Road | Located at the quiet western end of 12-mile Grace Bay Beach. It used to be known as Smith House, but it burned several years ago and the present house was built in 1999. Houses are no longer allowed to be built this close to the beach, but this house was allowed to be rebuilt on the original site right at the sands edge.

6: Saturday - Day 1 | So excited to discover our beach
7: We begin to relax, .. and enjoy a casual dinner at Shark Bite.
8: We witness the first of many stunning sunsets
10: Sunday - Day 2 Waking up in paradise
11: Lynn takes in the scenery
12: Getting Our Bearings | Turtle Cove Marina is just behind the house
13: A place to rent bikes and snorkeling gear | A coffee shop for a daily Starbucks fix | the bridge over the cove | We discover all kinds of nice amenities -
14: Discovering Smith Reef - right in our backyard
16: Walking to Turtle Cove Marina to have lunch at the Tiki Hut.
17: Enjoying conch fritters and conch chowder - the island specialty - then off to the bar to watch the Masters.
18: Back at the pool,... ..with a bad pool boy
20: Bim & Candy discover the island by bike while the rest of us discover there's a casino. We head on over in the afternoon to Casablanca Casino Linda teaches us the game of craps - Wade is on fire with beginner's luck - Lynn wins big on slots | Monday - Day 3
21: Dinner at Coyoba Stumbled across this incredible restaurant walking from the casino. Didn't know at the time it was Fodor's 2011 Best Caribbean Restaurant.
22: Tuesday - Day 4 Relaxation setting in
23: Dining at Magnolia Restaurant
24: Wednesday - Day 5 | We fall into a laid-back routine | or a trip to the reef | A quick check of the morning news.... | .. or time with a favorite book
25: ....followed by naps | Afternoons called book by the pool | maybe a cool drink or four
26: Pool or snorkeling - or both?

34: Thursday - Day 6 | A Egret visits our pool. This one must have been young - and lucky for us, because The Great White Egret grows to three feet tall.

45: Friday - Day 7 | On our last full day we stay put and bring the best of the island to us - spa treatments and a chef
