S: It''s Better To Give Than To Receive

FC: A Story By: Hanna Nguyen | Christmas | 2011

 A Christmas To Remember...

Dear Santa, I can explain... | It was five days until Christmas.

Ava always thought about the many children who won't be able to receive gifts for Christmas.

So every night Ava would write a letter to Santa.

Those letters would be about being able to give presents to those kids.

Ava would then leave the letter she wrote under the Christmas tree so Santa could look at them and grant her wish.

Many days passed and now there was only one day until Christmas.

Christmas was near. Ava was begging her parents to buy presents for some of those children.

Both of Ava's parents love what she is doing but don't have any money to spare for those poor kids.

Ava was so heartbroken she ran to her room to cry.

After ten minutes of crying Ava came up with an amazing idea to give

Ava decided to write a letter to the mayor of her city informing him about her wish and asked her parents to mail it for her.

Surprisingly Ava got a letter back in less than one day, just in time for Christmas Eve.

The mayor said that her wish will be granted. Then the mayor invited her to a dinner party.

The dinner party was a thank you party for Ava for thinking about all those kids.

The theme of the story is Giving is better than receiving.
