1: The Ross's are a nuclear family in the parenting stage. William, 39, and is a psychiatrist, who earns $173,330 per year. Kelly, 35, and federal lawyer, who earns $139,690. Their children are Chloe, 11, Madison, 10, and Luke, 5.
2: Although Chloe and Maddie are young they have values too; Chloe and Maddie both want a play area, and area to practice dancing, in which they both compete. Both girls want large bedrooms and privacy. | The Rosses have an influential lifestyle, and love elegance. Kelly’s values are cleanliness, organization and spaciousness. William, whose values are similar to Kelly’s, wishes to include hobby areas in the home.
3: Some areas of the house based on Kelly’s needs are a bathroom and washing room, elegant décor, large rooms, and storage room. Some areas William wants are a room for men, a work room, a room for him to practice karate, which he is a black belt in, and a large basement.
4: The girls go to a public school in their area that for lunch and other school conventions cost about $10,000 a year. 13: There are many people in Florida and Fort Lauderdale, which is good for the dad because he will have plenty of customers for his psychiatrist business; he owns a small building in Fort Lauderdale for his practice, called The Psychiatrist Man! His logo is, Need a Helping Hand? Call the Psychiatrist Man! Because the rate of crime is high, Kelly’s position as a lawyer is secure. She works for an attorney company in Fort Lauderdale defending many criminals, mostly accused of personal crimes.
14: The Rosses love their own neighborhood, as it is one of the safer ones in terms of crime. Some interesting places in the zip code are Sunrise Bay Center, Lauderdale Branch Library, Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue Station 13, War Memorial Auditorium, Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church, New Convent Church, Pomano Beach Nazarene Church, Lake Melva, Holiday Park, English Park, and the Hugh Taylor Birch State Park.

The family members want social and hobby areas, because they are very outgoing social people. They need plenty of space for parties, practice, and work for the parents when they need to stay at home. Therefore, they will have a dance area, karate area, play rooms, patio that connects to the upper deck, a work room, and computer room.

They also have energy efficient light bulbs, and shower heads. The Rosses love to have plants in the house to purify air, and use eco-friendly paints. Overall, the Rosses home will be very elegant, open, stylish, luxurious, but have a sophisticated side. In the front of the house they are going for an elegant and extravagant look, and inside welcoming and luxurious. The kitchen should look practical, and sophisticated, yet the whole house should look stylish, elegant, and extravagant.

24: Color Palette | Social area | I picked this palette because this is for the living room, which is a social area. I want the area to be to vibrant and colorful to make people feel in a social, fun, outgoing mood.
25: This is the living room, with a complementary color scheme. The colors create a fun, outgoing feeling. This makes people feel social and interact. My walls are a nice cream color, to make the room settle down, and calm. Also i feel this cream color makes an elegant soft feeling. My light comes in from the sun room, which attaches to the living room with a clear glass wall, these are the pink blinds that can pull down to cover the wall.
26: Quiet Room | Color Palette | This is for my girls bedroom, i choose this because they are dancers and girls. Therefore, I wanted light colors, so it's not to distracting, yet girly and fun colors. I wanted colors to calm them, but are not boring. So i picked a an analogous color scheme.
27: This is my girls room because I wanted it to be light but not too bright, however, fun and youthful like my two girls. Therefore, I picked an analogous color scheme. The curtains are a faded pink.
28: A work room is an area to accomplish work, so i picked calming colors. These colors make people feel calm, relaxed, and they are able to focus more on their work with no distractions. However, i wanted to use light inviting colors because each parent is able to bring clients home. | Color Palette | Work Room
29: This is my work room, where each parents can have clients come over or bring their work home. The walls are a darker shade of blueish purple. I choose this analogous color scheme because it promotes a working and focused environment. The curtains are a light green.
