1: The Cornstarch Family is a nuclear family in their parenting stage. Mickey is 39, Carry is 38, Byron is 13.Mickey values protection and safety of his family. Carry values a quiet area. Byron values exercise. These values influence the house to have an indoor basketball court attached to the house for Byron. The house is also going to have a relaxation room/area for Carry.

3: Mickey is an anesthesiologist with an income of $431,977, and Carry is in pharmaceutical and medicine manufacturing earning $82,490 annually. Their total income is $514,467 a year.

4: Home Description The square footage of this house could be up to 10,718 square feet. Although since they are only a family of three, 10,700 square feet would be way too big and silly to have. Since the family is in more of a tropical place, a Southern-style, Custom, or a contemporary modern house would be most appropriate. The house will be energy efficient. 18: The bedroom is a quiet area in the house. This area in the house is away from work and social areas, so it can remain quiet and relaxing. This office area is one of two in the house. The office area is where homework or office duties from the day will be handled and dealt with.

19: The man cave is a perfect example of a social area in this house. There are many ways to be social including playing a game of pool or watching the game(s) with friends and family.
