FC: Real Estate Photography by Justin Adams | 2012

About me: I've been a real estate photographer in Silicon Valley since 2006 and have shot several thousand homes to date. These range from modest, one bedroom condos, to multi-million dollar properties for celebrity clients. My goal: To provide exceptional photography at a reasonable price with lightning fast turnaround. I'm able to do this by combining my solid knowledge of the photographic medium with the latest equipment and technology available. What I offer: Premium real estate photography and virtual tour services for agents who want to see maximum marketing results at a fraction of price the leading competition charges. Please enjoy the images in this book and feel free to contact me if you have further questions about my services... - Justin Adams | Contact Info: Justin Adams 408-393-7373 justin@home2market.com www.home2market.com

All the homes featured in this book were shot using existing lighting only, without camera flash or supplemental lighting equipment. Even exposure is achieved using HDR image processing.

HDR (High Dynamic Range) processing is a technique used to blend a series of dark to light image exposures together to produce one evenly exposed image.

Sweeping panoramic photos help show off large spaces and help give a sense of perspective.

These panoramas consist of several still images that have been stitched together to form one large image.

Pole-mounted Aerial Photography can be used to shoot homes on steep lots. The camera height can be adjusted up to 30 feet.

A special wide-angle Nikon camera setup helps produce sharp, wide-angle interior shots with minimal lens distortion.

Good real estate photography requires the proper balance of composition, exposure and depth of field. | When applied correctly, the resulting images naturally draw attention, resulting in more visibility for your listings.

Twilight photography shows homes in a whole new light...

As the sun sets, the images can take on an entirely different look and feel...
