Wow...2011 has been quite a year. We were unable to take our usual month long vacation in Florida but did get away for a few little jaunts together. I have come to realize that I actually do love California. So sad that I've missed out for all these years. Those mini vaca's were awesome. Michael survived his first year away at college. With only a broken nose and an outrageous MIC sentence to show for it. At least he kept his grades up. The girls both started cosmetology school. Erica is doing fabulous. Clean and sober for the whole year. And Bruno is still hanging on. Poor old bugger. He's 12 years old and still barking at the wind. So many beautiful memories. Looking forward to many more. | 2011
Valentine's | The card read...Pack a bag. We are spending the night at the Palazzo and going to see Jersey Boys. Talk about a surprise...WOW. So I packed a bag and off we went. Checking in to the hotel I was reminded that we do have so many beautiful hotels here in Las Vegas. | Day
Dinner at Mario Batalli's Carnevino. The meal was delicious but $150 for a ribeye... seriously???
Jersey Boys | What an incredible show. Absolutely amazing. Even had little tears in my eyes. Of course they are from my home town. We had such a great time. Thank you so much babe. You are simply the best.
Our trip to the Hoover Dam. I had an urge to see and drive over the new bridge so we decided to take the ride out. Here we were driving along and there is the welcome to Arizona sign. We totally drove over that bridge and had no idea. | The Hoover Dam | April 2012
Archie's. Our new favorite place for Thai food..
Michael and his broken bones. Yes our bone headed boy took a header and fell out his bunk bed... again. Busted himself up pretty good.
Erica started cosmetology school. And just look at her handiwork. Beautiful job on her Momma's hair for the first time. She was so nervous. Took a bit long, she was so meticulous with the color. So proud of my baby girl. | Mom
Bruno also got a hair cut. He looks like a giant pinky mouse. And he ain't too happy about it.
Mylo | And then there is little Mylo. Always trying to show off his stuff.

The Red Car Museum Seal Beach
The Bay Theater in Seal Beach We went to see "Rebel Without A Cause". The theater looks the same as it did when that movie came out. The red velvet curtains and seats uncomfortable as hell. But what a classic.
 Seal Beach
What a beautiful time we had in Southern California
Happy 19th Birthday Alexa & Michael | Um yeah...those are our children
 Sanibel Island
 Iguana Mia
 Ft. Myers Beach
Erosion had taken its toll. Ft. Myers beach is now rebuilt. No more sitting on top of each other. Crazy to watch the sand being pumped in. The birds were in heaven. Found so many shells that day.
Cape Coral, Florida Yacht Club Pier
 Mom and her golden boy
Our new BFF Ron Matusalem Gran Reserva
A day at the gun range. This was my first time ever even holding a gun. I was scared out my mind. Not a bad shot for my first try. Next it will be shooting a bear.
Breakfast at "Cheeky's". Best Bloody Mary ever. And the Chilaquila's with homemade chorizo just delish. So good we had to back the next morning.
 The Living Desert
 Palm Springs
 Palm Springs | Aerial Tram
It was so beautiful up on top of that mountain. Incredible views. We spent some time hiking around. And taking pics of course. Then there was the chest pain.
Oh yes I did make you take a pic with Santa. Black Friday shopping. We were on a mission. Great day.
