3: Vodka is a distilled beverage. It is mainly made of water and ethanol with traces of impurities. Traditionally-prepared vodkas have an alcoholic content of 38% by volume. Vodka is traditionally drunk neat (without any other additives) in Eastern Europe and around the Baltic Sea. It is also commonly used in cocktails and mixed drinks, such as the Bloody Mary, Screwdriver, Sex on the Beach, White Russian, Black Russian, Vodka tonic, and in a Vodka Martini. | 40% alcohol by volume

4: Whiskey is a type of alcoholic beverage made from fermented grain mash. Whiskey is a spirit that is regulated worldwide with many classes and types. There are different types of whiskeys from different countries, all prepared in different ways | 40% alcohol by volume

5: Bacardi is a private spirits company, best known as a producer of rums. It is named after the founder Facundo Bacardí, a wine merchant. The rum was filtered through charcoal, which removed impurities. In addition to this, he aged the rum in oak barrels, which had the effect of "mellowing" the drink. | 35 - 40% alcohol by volume

6: Champagne is a sparkling wine that is named after the Champagne region, a region in France with many vineyards that grow grapes and make wine. Champagnes must be made from certain kinds of grapes. Most champagnes are white or pinkish. Champagne is sometimes called “bubbly” because it is carbonated. 10 - 15% alcohol by volume

7: Passoa is a passion fruit liqueur made in France, with mango being one of the ingredients. It is red-pink colored and has an alcohol volume of 17%. Passoa is also made in mango, pineapple, and coconut flavors. | 17% alcohol by volume

8: Aperol is an Italian aperitif originally produced by the Barbieri company. Its ingredients are bitter orange, gentian, rhubarb, and cinchona. Aperol has an alcohol content of 11%. Aperol is the main ingredient in Spritz. | 11% alcohol by volume

9: Sambuca is an Italian liqueur. Its most common variety is often referred to as white sambuca to differentiate it from other varieties that are deep blue in colour (black sambuca) or bright red (red sambuca). 38 - 40% by volume

10: Baileys Irish Cream is an Irish whiskey and cream based liqueur, made by Gilbeys of Ireland. Baileys was the first liqueur to use cream, honey, coffee, cocoa and alcohol together in a manner stable enough to allow commercial distribution. Most of the alcohol in Baileys is produced from a bacterial fermentation of whey. It has a declared alcohol content of 17% alcohol by volume. | 17% alcohol by volume

11: Malibu Rum is a flavored rum made with natural coconut extract possessing an alcohol content by volume of 21.0%. The product was originally made from fruit spirits, flavored with rum and coconut flavoring in Curacao. | 21% alcohol by volume

12: Wine is an alcoholic beverage, made of fermented fruit juice, usually from grapes. Grape wine is produced by fermenting crushed grapes using yeast. Different varieties of grapes produce different types of wine. Wine is important in cuisine as a flavor agent, since its acidity gives balance to rich savory or sweet dishes. Red, white, and sparkling wines are the most popular, and are known as light wines because they contain only 10–14% alcohol by volume. Dessert wines contain 14–20% alcohol, and are fortified to make them sweeter. | 14 -25% alcohol by volume

13: Beer is the world's most widely consumed and oldest alcoholic beverage; it is the third most popular drink overall, after water and tea. The strength of beer is usually around 4% to 6% alcohol by volume though may range from less than 1%, to over 20% in rare cases. | 4 - 6% alcohol by volume

14: Tequila is a spirit made from the blue agave plant, primarily in the area surrounding the city of Tequila . Tequila is most often made at a 38–40% alcohol content , but can be produced between 35–55% alcohol content. When served neat (without any additional ingredients), tequila is most often served in a narrow shot glass called a caballito . | 38 - 40% alcohol by volume

15: Curacao is a liquer flavoured with the dried peel of the laraha citrus. The liqueur has an orange-like flavour. It is naturally colourless, but is often given artificial colouring, most commonly blue or orange, which confers an exotic appearance to cocktails and mixed drinks. Some other liqueurs are also sold as Curacaos with different flavours added, such as coffee, chocolate.Curacoa has an alcohol percentage of 30.0%. | 30% alcohol by volume
