BC: Tuberculosis: An infectious disease of humans and animals caused by the tubercle bacillus and characterized by the formation of tubercles on the lungs and other tissues of the body, often developing long after the initial infection. Tuberculosis of the lungs, characterized by the coughing up of mucus and sputum, fever, weight loss, and chest pain. "Quien es?": Who is it?

1: Born: November 23, 1859 Died: July 14, 1881 William died at the age of 21.

2: Early Years Billy was Born in New York City. He had an older brother named Joseph. They lived with their mom who had been a widow, then went to live with her boyfriend. Everything was going good for them until she was diagnosed her with tuberculosis. She was told to move to a warmer and drier climate so they moved West to Colorado, then South to Santa Fe, New Mexico. There is not a whole lot of record on Billy's earlier life

4: He was named an Outlaw because of the Lincoln County War. | Was named greatest legendary outlaw of the old west.

5: Lincoln County War 1878-1879 Billy was a cattle guard for a man named John Tunstall. one day he watched Tunstall get shot, which had through him off and made him do crazy. Billy got other outlaws together, put the law into his own hands and made a group to get revenge on the people who were in charge of the murder of John Tunstall.

6: More on the War | This rage lead to the Lincoln County war against the Regulators(Billy's group) and the people who took over Tunstall's land. People were killed on spot, whoever had been associated with either of the groups.

7: June 5, 1850 – February 29, 1908 | Pat Garret

8: Billy's Death | The murderer of Billy the Kid was a man named Pat Garret. His reasoning for his murder was because of the death of a fellow sheriff and deputy. Pat was named Sheriff after. he was very much expected to make justice in the area.

9: Billy was able to escape to an abandoned Fort Sumner about 140 miles West of Lincoln. Instead of Garret chasing after the Kid he continued to work on his ranch. He did find out where Billy was hiding though. Billy was eventually found, but it was like he gave himself up. Before getting shot twice with a pistol(self cocker), the Kid cried "Quien es? Quien es?" Garret quickly pulled out his revolver and fired at Billy. He was dead. | The Plan

10: Billy The Kid All in all, Billy was a great outlaw who wasn't all that bad. According to the legend he had killed 21 people, but generally accepted to have killed only 4-9. | Billy had many different names, which could mean that he had been an alias. Billy became an outlaw because of killing and being in shootings. Also being in the Lincoln County War. The LCW is also what he became famous for. If he had not participated/started it he would have just been just another "saddle tramp rustler" lost to history.
