When I think of all this, I fall to my knees and pray to the Father, the Creator of everything in heaven and on earth. I pray that from his glorious, unlimited resources he will empower you with inner strength through his Spirit. Then Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him. Your roots will grow down into God’s love and keep you strong. And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is. May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God. Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think. 21 Glory to him in the church and in Christ Jesus through all generations forever and ever! Amen. Ephesians 3:14-21
 Happy 3rd Birthday Davis!
Davis requested that his party be at "Goofballs", and the couisins had a great time playing! | His only request for his cupcakes: chocolate and "bad guys." | Because of the flood damage to our house, we had to do cake and ice cream at the mall.
Camping in Natchez Trace State Park | Stephen and Papa added Owen to the mix this year and braved the elements.
 May 2010
Seagrove Beach 2011 | We spent a week in Seagrove Beach with the Sanders family and had a great time!
We went on a pirate cruise in Panama City. It was really corny, but the kids loved it. They got to mop the decks, do the limbo, and shoot a cannon!
We spent one evening in Seaside enjoying ice cream. The kids had a blast running all over the grassy hill. This is one of our favorite places.
We celebrated the 4th of July at the Fieldstone bike parade and picnic. It was HOT, but the kids had fun playing, and Eliza won an award for her bike!
 Summer Time!
Eliza celebrated her 6th birthday with a party at our house. The girls ate pizza, did the waterslide, decorated cupcakes, painted their nails, and made bottlecap necklaces as favors. It was a fun night!
Eliza was excited for her first day of 1st grade and Davis thought he was big stuff going to "Kindercaregarten" (Kindercare) :)
On Labor day, Stephen ran the Mercy Children's Clinic 5K and Eliza ran in the kids' race. "Sweet and Sassy" was there doing "glam" looks for the girls, so Eliza got all glittery before her race. She had fun, but was pretty sore the next day.
We had a fabulous weekend in Chicago when Stephen ran his first marathon there.. We explored the city, took an architecture tour, and went to see the Lion King. | 10-10-2010
 Go Vols!
We had a blast taking the kids to their first UT football game. And it was so fun running in to the Bechmans!
One of the highlights of the trip for Eliaa was getting to go to the American Crigl Store and Cafe.
We had a special lunch, then got Kit's ears pierced and got them matching outfits.
We always enjoy our annual trip to Gentry's Farm. I will be so sad when the kids outgrow this tradition!
We had a fun fall cookout with the Bechmans and Sanders. We roasted hot dogs and smores, and the kids ate caramel apples. We had a great time!
Sweet Cheeks | Davis had us cracking up one night when we found him strutting around his room like this. He told us he'd turned his underwear around so "the picture would be in front : )
Eliza wanted in on the silliness too!
 Happy Haunting!
Trick or Treat. Be so sweet. Give me something good to eat.Trick or treat
 Halloween 2010
Trick or Treat! | We always enjoy Halloween. This year we went to the Franklin PumpkinFest, and to a party on Aunt Heather and Uncle Danny's street.
How Does Your Garden Grow? | Eliza had a 1st grade program with a garden theme. It was really cute!
First attempt at getting a Christmas card picture...never an easy task.
We've started a tradition by making our turkey cookies every Thanksgiving. I just think they are so cute!
We also got all the cousins together the night before Thanksgiving for a relaxed chili supper.
The day after Thanksgiving, we traveled to Mississippi to visit Aunt Amy, Uncle Cliff, Ellis and Owen. | Davis and Owen especially enjoyed hanging out together--silly boys.
As always, we were so thrilled to have Aunt Amy take some pictures for us.. What a treat to have a photographer in the family!
Snow day! Right before school got out for Christmas break, we had a nice snowfall. It was only the first of many more to come, but we enjoyed it! | Heather and Danny came over with Howell and Betsy Hart, as well as our neighobrs Caroline and Olivia.
Of course no snow day would be complete without hot chocolate!
 Have a Holly Jolly Christmas
