 Which one is best?
Can the Phillies Do It Again? In the 2010 baseball season the Phillies developed a talented pitching staff. The main pitchers in the rotation were Roy Halladay, Roy Oswalt, and Cole Hamels. Over this offseason the Phillies picked up Cy Young award winner Cliff Lee. Here is what Phillies Hall of Famer, Mike Schmidt had to say about them, “Winning baseball is about pitching and defense, and offense is second.”He thinks that the four could be part of the best pitching staff in history and also thinks that if the offense performs better than last year then the 2011 Phillies could end up being the best team in franchise history. | Lee will be playing his second season with the Phillies. He started playing for the Phillies when he got traded to them in the middle of the 2009 season. After the season was over he got traded to the Mariners. He ended the 2010 season with the Rangers and then got traded to the Phillies when the Rangers could not keep him.
The addition of Cliff Lee will not only help the starting rotation but will help the relief pitchers. Lee will pitch deep into games unlike Kyle Kendrick who last year only went late into games occasionally. Also Last season the Phillies had three starters with their ERAs under 3.5 and it happened to be Halladay, Hamels and Oswalt. Cliff lee also had an ERA in that area. The Phillies are deciding over the course of spring training on who will play right field in place of Jayson Werth who was traded in the offseason. Last year it seemed like Dominic Brown would have a good shot at the spot but has not played to expectations so far during this spring training. Other possible replacements are Ben Francisco and John Mayberry Jr. They all have good power that will be able to replace Werth’s offense okay. The 2011 Phillies could have a chance at not only a World Series but also one of the best ERAs in baseball history. This is all because they have a stacked starting pitching staff and a decent offense with slugger Ryan Howard. For the people that tell them good luck, they don’t need luck because of their skill.

Elliot Solomon Opinion Article Why Is SpongeBob So Great? Well, there is an easy answer for that. It is not great. It is made up of stupid stuff with an annoying main character that is loud and irritating. I think that some people don’t even like SpongeBob and just hop on the bandwagon. I mean seriously what is there to like? There are multiple reasons why I think SpongeBob is a bad show. One reason is that the main character blabbers on and on. His voice is so annoying that I don’t even know why people would watch the whole 22 minute show. Another reason I don’t think that it is so great is because of the story line that it lacks. I have watched very few episodes of SpongeBob where it actually had a theme. I think that the writers have written so many episodes that they just write down the first thing that pops into their mind. A third reason is that it is not too logical. I have seen episodes where it snows or even rains. The show takes place underwater so that would be impossible. There is also stuff like a sponge that moves and talks. There is other stuff that doesn’t make sense to me but I guess since it is a show for children it must not matter. Overall, SpongeBob is not such a great show. It is a decent show for kids and teaches some sea words that are not taught in school. When you get to a certain age, you just don’t feel the love for it anymore. It’s a show with annoying characters and bad jokes. This is why SpongeBob is NOT so great.

Get with the Gecko Chet Gecko: Book of the Century If Chet Gecko were real, he’d be one cool cat. But for now, all we have are his books. If you want to see Chet Gecko at his best you should check out “The Big Nap”. If you don’t have the time, I can give you the low-down right now. Check it. Something’s going down in Emerson Hicky Elementary School, and it’s Chet’s job to figure out what’s going on. People are turning into “zombies”, or lifeless students. First it started with Meena Moe, and things were getting suspicious. Chet’s first idea was to check with Meena’s teacher. Nothing. His next idea was to go to the library to find everything possible on zombies. The new librarian was his only source. He happened to be an expert on zombies. Coincidence, or something more? After about a week of searching, Chet decided to take a break. He went to a party expecting just cake and fun, but he was going to find a lot more than that a lot more. This is a great book to read if you like a good mystery, because the suspense and the witty wordplay always keeps you on your toes. I would recommend this book to a lot of people, because it can even help the reader with solving mysteries, and at the same time they’ll learn hip, new lingo. That’s all I can give you for now, and if you want the rest of the info, you’ll have to get the book yourself. And if you like it, there are a lot more books out that you can take a look at. So tha-th-th-tha-th-th-that’s all folks!
