FC: My Mixbook centers on technology solely. Why? Because technology has so vastly changed our cultural landscape, and will continue to do so! | Jessica Bueller email@example.com
1: the proliferation of social media like twitter and facebook is the biggest change. we now find ourselves "captive" to our various connecting tools. we are more efficient because of these, but our pace of life is ever-faster | ipads and kindles fundamentally change the way we function. both assist us in making our mobile lives more efficient | THE FUNDAMENTAL INNOVATIONS IN OUR LIVES OVER THE PAST 10 YEARS ARE TECHNOLOGICAL IN NATURE AND PRIMARILY ENHANCE OUR "MOBILE" EXISTENCE | gps technologies further enhance our mobile existence...and they will only continue to improve it
2: interactivity will be even more prevalent. we'll be able to interact with our tv's to choose the outcomes of movie and sitcom plots, for instance. | artificial intelligence will begin to become predominant. we'll begin to develop truly "smart" smartphones, tv's, gps's, etc. our devices will "learn" from repetitive activities. | OVER THE NEXT 10 YEARS LIFE WILL BECOME EVEN MORE INTERACTIVE AND EFFICIENT | families risk being torn apart as we pay even more attention to our smarter devices and less to one another.
3: I've done a great deal of thinking about this. I can't think of any aspects of our lives that won't be profoundly affected by technology. Everything from fashion to religion will be tested in the next 10 years.
