8: To Die Oh why, oh why do we have to die? I’d be anywhere even in bed. Rather than down here,it’s so dark, never clear, With earthworms that dine on my head. But immortality might not be good to me, Sometimes life might get rather dull. After thousands of years, I might even hate beers. I might as well wish I was a mole. If I were a tree, I’d live long time, And grow to a champion height. But if all I could do was provide shade for you, Life might just be a huge fright. So maybe this death serves a cause, It might not even be that bad. ‘Cause if you’re a tree or have immortality, you’d wish that you’d stuck with the life that you’d had. By Bjorn Tngstad

9: Stalactite By:Jacob The Stalactite hangs there tall and strong, water trickles down its sides, and drops onto the floor. the other ones start to trickle too, now there’s a symphony of water coming from those stalactites, drip, drop, splash, sploosh, drip, drip, drop. | snowboarding BY:Cooper I stand there ta the top of a hill waiting for the right moment. I'm just thinking and then “BAM” it’s time. Then i jump straight down the hill and fly across the snow. I ride up the hill and launch off the ramp. I glide through the air like a jet landing then taking off again. I touch the ground as soft as a bird landing on a tree. Then I felt like a plane that is flying with no fuel. Finally i go straight and come to a halt.
