3: Sherwood Anderson ( 1876 - 1941 ) was one of the most influential American writers of the first half the twentieth century. Writing career: After completing high school, Anderson moved to Chicago to pursue a writing career. He worked as an advertising copy writer, met poets, and novelist. Anderson wrote his own fictional explorations of life in rural America. He wrote "The corn planting", Winesburg, Ohio (1919), The Triumph of the egg (1921), Horses and Men (1923), ......
4: Plot Introduction: The story is about a farmer, who live in the farm. He was in the Civil War, he was young, and he was 40 years old. He got married and had a son
5: Begining of the story: Will Hutchenson is a son of the famer. He came to our high school in Town. He began as a young boy to make amusing little drawings, he draw fish, pigs, and cows. After high school he went to Chicago and became a student in the Art Institute. after he gratuated in Chicago, he meet Hal back to the old town.
6: Middle Story: He go to Will's father and mother. The talk about him, Will where is Chicago. Will in the Chicago he write a letter talk he doing in the Chicago.
7: End Story: Hal got a message from a railroad station, Will was dead and had been killed by car was wrecked. Hall had go to the farm to tell his mother and father Will had been killed. Hall talk Mr. Hutchenson Will was dead. Mr. hutchenson don't say anything for 10 minute, Hall still at the door nothing no sound. Finally the door open, Mr. and Mrs. Hutchenson came out of the house and went to the farm. Mr. and Mrs. hutchenson quietly planting corn though the night.
