3: Our Precious Girl... I found out I was pregnant with Jocelyn the day before Valentine's day, 2009-it was the best gift we could have gotten! At first we wanted to keep the pregnancy quiet until after the first ultrasound, but we were just too excited! We told our parents first and then EVERYBODY after that. I was so sick for the first couple of months of pregnancy, but I felt great after that. Jocelyn was due October 16th, but since I was having another c-section, I knew pretty early on she would be born on the 13th. We checked into Baptist Hospital in Southaven, MS at 5:30 IN THE MORNING, and at 8:43 am, we welcomed Jocelyn to the world!

23: HAPPY FIRST BIRTHDAY JOCELYN
24: Dear Jocelyn, July 9, 2011 Trying to decide on a name for you was a challenge. While I was pregnant, Dad and I looked through hundreds of names. We wanted your name to have meaning, and we kept coming back to the name Jocelyn, which means joy. It has turned out to be the perfect fit for you. Not only have you brought so much joy to this family, you also carry joy with you. Even in your short life, the joy of the Lord is so evident. You walk around with a smile always on your face, and you do everything (well, almost everything) with a happy attitude. The joy you carry is contagious, and I am excited to see how God will use that throughout your life. I am forever grateful for you, sweet daughter. I love you so much! Love always, Mom
