We drove to Cape Canaveral to catch the boat and sailed for 7 nights. The boys both say this was their favorite vacation to date. 41: We fully enjoyed all the meals. Not only were they delicious, but they were also entertaining. Our servers were Vlado & Alberto. We were not used to 3 course meals, but we were soon acclimated. Our favorite night was pirate night when we dressed as pirates for dinner and later had a pirate dance party on deck.

Agenda for the Week Saturday: We boarded the boat & immediately enjoyed lunch at Topsiders. We explored the boat, played shuffle board, participated in Adventures Away Party on deck, & then went to dinner. Cole was beginning to look a little blue & the sea was especially rocky that night. Unfortunately we didn't make it to our room in time. Good times! However, Cole thought it was pretty special to order dinner in the room while Reese and Brad watched "All Aboard, let the Magic Begin." Sunday: Brad and Reese enjoyed the game show-the Disney Wheel. Kids went to the kids lab to make flubber while Brad enjoyed a cooking lesson and I went to hear about the shopping in Key West. Landed in Key West and shopped before going to the Little White House where Harry Truman vacationed. Had our first frozen key lime pie on a stick dipped in chocolate. Yum! Dinner at Lumiere and show-Ventriloquist Lynn Trefzger. At midnight viewed the movie Tron. Monday: Sea Day. Boys to kid's cooking class; Brad and I went to adult cooking class; family went to animator's class to learn how to draw characters. Then swimming, and formal dining night.Juggling act Team Rootberry and show- Twiced Charmed. Tuesday: Grand Cayman. Stingray City for snorkeling. We all took a boat ride to the spot where they have been throwing fish overboard for some time to the sting rays. So the sting rays know that when a boat comes, it's time to eat.

When we arrived in the right spot, we were directed to just hop in. It was a little unnerving, but once we got used to it, it was fine. Some of the sting rays were huge. Cole, however, was not a big fan and only stayed in the water for a short time. Once back on the ship, we enjoyed dinner at Animator's Palate and show- Villain's Tonight. Wednesday: Cozumel. We quickly shopped for about 2 hours where we bought vanilla flavoring, key chains, and a silver bracelet. Bummer, not enough time to shop. After lunch, we took a boat to snorkel again and visit a beach. The snorkeling was awesome but only lasted about 45 minutes. Reese and I saw a barracuda and lots of various fish. We all loved it; however, next time we will try the excursion on our own for more time in the water. Later on the boat, we dressed as pirates and enjoyed our pirate meal and a pirate dance party on deck. Reese was mesmerized and we couldn't get over how long Reese danced. Reese and I then watched Gnomeo & Juliet on the big screen while Brad and Cole played basketball and shuffleboard. Thursday: Sea Day. Yea! Time to sleep late. Reese to kid's lab for Gases in action and Cole went swimming. Cole then went to lab for Toy Story Boot Camp. We all later took a class on towel folding. We mastered making the chicken. While Reese went to the Marshmallow Olympics, Cole went to practice for Friendshlp Rocks show which was later performed. Brad and I enjoyed a meal alone at Palo, but I have to say it wasn't good. Ordered a crazy clam soup that tasted like dish water, and the main meal wasn't much better.

Thur cont: The show that night was Disney Dreams. Friday: Castaway Cay. At first, we didn't think we'd be able to go to Castaway Cay because the seas were really rough, and the captain was having a hard time docking the ship. On the second try, he was successful. This island was absolutely beautiful. The water here was a little cold for my liking, but this didn't seem to bother the boys who plunged right in. Once back on the ship we had our Til We Meet Again Dinner and the show Remember the Magic. This show was my favorite. It was so funny, we were all crying. The seas were so rocky that my stomach had had enough, and I retired to my bed for the rest of the night. Luckily by then the boys were accustomed to the seas, and they enjoyed their last night at sea visiting with all the characters. Saturday: Farewell! Departed ship early and were in our car by 9a.m. for the long ride home. To this day, the boys still claim the Disney Cruise is their all time favorite vacation. Back on the TO DO LIST.....

Cole decided this year he wanted to decorate his cake. He and Lenie worked together.

 Cole turns 6!

Brad and I went down to Tampa/Anna Maria beach for the wedding of Brad's long time friend Tim Morgan in April 2011. We drove down to Sarasota where the beaches were unbelievable. I don't think I've seen a more beautiful beach. The only drawback is the lack of time we had to spend there. We had lunch at Tommy Bahama's and had incredible fish tacos. We're in this picture with Amy & Kevin Beasley.

Who says you can't give a snow globe as a wedding gift?

Cole and Mrs. Dufour | End of year party. Woo Hoo!
