6: Acupressure- pressure is applied with fingers, palms, thumbs, or elbows to specific pressure points of the body to stimulate and regulate the flow of energy; based on the belief that Chi (life energy) flows through meridians (pathway) in the body, and illness and pain occur when flow is blocked; used to treat muscular -joint pain, depression, digestive problems, and respiratory disorders; Shiatsu is the Japanese form of acupressure.
7: Acupressure Acupressure is a type of therapy. Its ancient healing art using fingers to gradually press key healing points, which stimulate the body's natural self-curative abilities. Acupressure releases tension. it was developed in Asia over 5,000 years ago.

10: Aromatherapy- Therapeutic use of selected fragrances (concentrated essential oils that have been extracted from roots, bark, plants, and/or flowers) to alter mood and restore the body, mind, and spirit; fragments maybe diluted in oil for massages or place in warm water or candles for inhalation; used to relieve tense muscles and tension headaches or back pain lower blood pressure, and cause a stimulating, uplifting, relaxing or smoothing effect.
11: Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils from plants for healing. Although the word “aroma” makes it sound as if the oils would be inhaled, they can also be massaged into the skin or -- rarely -- taken by mouth. Essential oils should never be taken by mouth without specific instruction from a trained and qualified specialist. Whether inhaled or applied on the skin, essential oils are gaining new attention as an alternative treatment for infections, stress, and other health problems. However, in most cases scientific evidence is still lacking.
