FC: 30 Day Challenge

1: Day 1:This was a hard day for the fact that i still ate what i wanted which made the results i wanted to get delayed

2: Day 2: The one day my mom decides to cook dinner I could not even have it, of course it would be chicken so I ate a little

3: Day 3: I ate very healthy and even got to work out at my job with my mom my mom got tired so the work out only lasted 3o mins -_-

4: Day 4: Why would my mom buy oreo's? Like mom I know you love me but how am I gonna be able to go to the gym and cheat myself

5: Day5: My exercises are making me sore I need to stretch more and stop eating the crap my mom buys lol

6: Day 6: Okay tacobell was calling me so I ditched the gym and got some nachos lol always tomorrow :)

7: Day 7: The weights in my room didn't catch dust today I actually put them suckers to use

8: Day 8:Geico does not care if anyone is on a diet we have a food day almost everyday but it sucks cause i don't have time to eat between work and school

9: Day9: Grandma of course forgot to buy me some bananas charley horses all night for me I guess

10: Day 10: So one of my friends wants to be personal trainer and she gave me ideas of what foods to eat to give me energy to last in the gym

11: Day11: Nature valley bars with a banana and water is my food for the day no snakes I promise lol

12: Day 12: Today my exercise was running to the car and back to the school lol so sad

13: Day 13: No one wants to go to the gym with me so I guess its amateur night at my house

14: Day 14: I swear my friends don't support my going to the gym problem do they not realize eating healthy comes along with it

15: Day 15: I need to start eating breakfast more because Tee's fruit snacks are not helping my body at all

16: Day 16: I ate a biscuit today not so healthy but better than nothing but yet I was hungry at nine I can't win

17: Day 17: My mom finally bout me proper healthy food, I bet ill forget it's even in the fridge and not even bring it as lunch

18: Day 18:Okay went on the scale this morning I lost four pounds I don't even care how I am just happy :)

19: Day 19: I cheated today so bad I went to a buffet enough said I guess you know where I didn't go today

20: Day 20:My grandma called me fat so I decided might as well prove her wrong so I started doing crunches resulting to one hundread

21: Day 21: My stomach muscles are so tight so I decided to do donkey kicks :)

22: Day 22: Ok I just got paid which means sushi I got mainly avocado based sushi :)

23: Day 23: Went to my aunts house and spotted a bike and got my exercise for the day by going around a few blocks

24: Day 24: Towel exercises are so freaking hard I swear I pulled something out of my body

25: Day 25:I did more stretching today than anything so i wouldn't be as sore tomorrow

26: Day 26:Weighed my self again I've maintained the weight that I had lost no changes at all

27: Day 27: Strict day all i have eaten all day was crackers to save calories for the weekend

28: Day 28: The thirty days is almost close to ending I am kinda happy with my results

29: Day 29: Last exercise run on the treadmill for an hour and a half weigh in tomorrow

30: Day 30: My ending weight is 152 I weighed 158 not much but it shows I can do it if I really put my mind to it
