1: Dear Dad and Mom, We had such a wonderful time celebrating your 50th wedding anniversary with you. Thank you for hosting another spectacular family trip. Estes Park, Colorado August 7-13, 2010
2: On August 7, 1960, you said "I do". Fifty years later, you would say "I do" all over again. Happy 50th Anniversary!
4: a | Our family is very good about documenting memories with photos. Mom made us albums of the first 25 years of their life. We look forward to the next 25 years and many more.
5: An Anniversary Celebration at the Cabin. The Johnson's made salad, filet mignon, baked potatoes and grilled vegetables.
6: Over the years, a lot of memories have been made. Joann made a memory game that we all had fun playing. Whenever someone made a match they had to share a memory of the family. We all had a lot of fun!
7: A few surprises for Mom and Dad. First, the anniversary cake. Later, Dad surprised Mom with a knot necklace. It was beautiful!
8: So many fun games! Jenga, Presidents and Jokers, Yo-Yo's and puzzles.
10: Pepsi Poodlie | Pepper got to go on vacation too!

12: The family spent some time downtown Estes Park checking out the quaint little shops. | Due to the harsh winters in Estes Park, most of the town closes down from November until May.

18: There were so many great trails and mountains to climb in Rockey Mountain National Park
20: The boys went fly fishing in Rockey Mountain National Park. The trout weren't biting, but Tyler was able to catch one.
22: There are always great meals when we get together. I think we all gained 5 pounds after this vacation. Everyone took turns making a dinner and one morning we had donuts from the Donut Haus.
