FC: CASEY INDUSTRIAL 2013 YEAR IN REVIEW

WHO WE ARE Journey to excellence Casey Industrial was built on the premise that all clients, vendors, and employees are treated with integrity and respect. We pride ourselves in conducting business the right way. A dedication reflected in our company values, both in writing and in practice.

THE PRESIDENT | A LETTER FROM | _____________________ | _____________________ | Congratulations for being part of the historic “Class of 2013”! This has been a special year for us as we have grown and seen many successful projects. Much has been accomplished and we have brightened our future through our hard work and ingenuity. Thank you for living our values of “People Matter” and “Do the Right Thing” in the daily decisions that you have made throughout this past year. My hope is that one day in the future we can show our grandchildren this book with pride, and point to some of the great jobs and great people with whom we have been involved. 4: the HEART of CASEY | Established in 1947 as Linn Pacific in Albany, Oregon | Rex Casey, our founder, embodied the entrepreneurial spirit. An attribute that we uphold to this day. He understood what makes us different as a business, and from that, built key relationships that marked us as a cutting edge contractor. In the 50's and 60's, those relationships opened the doors to the forefront of the industries we operate in today.

Relationships + Reputation We have evolved with our clients and industry since the beginning. Our business is ever changing and we rely on our relationships to understand our clients needs. Due to many of these relationships and challenging project experiences, we became adaptable and able to react quickly to the changing markets and client needs. We quickly became a leader in the forest products industry and grew with our clients operationally, and perhaps even more importantly, philosophically. We learned that 'anything is possible.' | When tested... we have always believed that by virtue of our talented people, Casey could never lose or fail.

'People Matter.' We value everyone as a whole person. We intentionally desire to create an environment for personal growth and well-being. | CORE VALUES

'Do the right thing.' Treat others the way you would like to be treated in all decisions. We will not justify or rationalize deviations from this value regardless of the consequences. | Core purpose We bring value to our clients and opportunity to our people. | Casey 4 Kasey Golf Tournament | Colorado Flood Relief Volunteers | Tucumcari Animal Hospital Rebuild

Thanks to each of you for making 2013 such a great year! Our Core Purpose, “to bring value to our clients and opportunity to our people” is reflected throughout the book. My initial vision for the yearbook was for each of us to be able to: reflect with pride on all our achievements and the great people with whom we have been involved; share these with family, friends, and colleagues; and show newcomers what we do, who we are, and ultimately the Casey Way. A special thanks to Audrey Le and Brooke Merkel for bringing this vision to reality. We need your help to make 2014 even better than 2013. We want to keep doing what we're doing, but continually do it better. Please help us in capturing the moments along the way, so that the 2014 yearbook will also be an improved version of 2013. | Afterword | Gregory Maring Chief Operating Officer
