It was a hot sunny day in Virginia Beach, Va. Joey and Dwight decided they were going to go for a run.
Joey and Dwight ran 2 miles in 45 minutes. They stoped for a break and Joey had forgot his water.
Joey became pale and clamy he tried sitting down. Sitting down did not help so Dwight offerd him a sip of his water. Joey took a sip of the water but still felt faint. Dwight thought it might be a good idea to start walking home.
Joey's blood was not cirrculating as well as it should be. Joey suddenly fainted.
Dwight panicked he had no idea what to do. He splashed a little water on his face. Luckily Joey did not choke on the water.
Some man, Chuck, came out of no where He said "What happend to your friend?" Dwight said " He did not drink enough water and fainted."
Chuck lifted Joey's legs above his heart. Chuck took off his shirt and put it under his legs.
After a few minutes Joey regained consciousness. Dwight was relieved his friend was okay!!
Joey and Dwight thanked Mr.Chuck and headed home.
If you ever are in a situation when someone faints do not splash water on their face as they can choke. Do not move them either. Placing a pillow under their head can block airflow.
You should lift their feet 8 to 12 inches above their heart; unless you suspect a head injury. Sponge face with water. If you are feeling faint you should sit down and put your head in between your knees.
