FC: Johannes Brahms

2: Johannes Brahms was born on May 7, 1833. He was born in Hamburg, Germany.
4: Johannes Brahms grew up playing piano to make money when he was young. He then started to compose music.
5: Brahms did not have much of a childhood. In his adult life he was very playful and played tricks on people.
7: Brahms met Clara Schumann and became very close to her. They were constant pen pals and she gave him advice. Brahms was not very wealthy. Instead of being paid for his music with money, he accepted trinkets and other items for payment.
8: Brahms wrote master works for musicians who inspired him. One such person was Richard Mulfed, a clarinet player he greatly admired. | His masterpieces are remembered on many CD's but his works are still being performed today.
9: April 3, 1897 Brahms passed away.
