2: 1) The country of Mesopotamia is located mostly in modern day Iraq. 2) The religion of Mesopotamia was a polytheistic type, which means that they believed in many gods, not just one. 3) The two rivers that were located flowing within the country were the Euphrates, and Tigris rivers. 4) The original version of a 60 second unit was a sumer, which originated in Mesopotamia. 5) The government of Mesopotamia was that of which they believed that the gods gave them all of the decisions that they made, a priest was said to have been the one who received the decisions from the gods.

3: 6) the two city states were always at war over who would have the most power. 7)the government had 282 laws in which they stood for. | 8) Mesopotamia had advanced technology such as the wheel and the sail, for easier transportation. 9)the written language of the country was cuneiform, the same language as the Egyptians | 10) the social classes of Mesopotamia were the same as most early civilizations of that time. they had slaves and there were peasants, and then there were high class people with power.

4: 1) the writing used by the Egyptians was hieroglyphics, you can still find certain things written in this language. 2) some of the technology that was obtained by the Egyptians was all of the equipment to make the pyramids. | 3) the type of government that was in Egypt was a theocracy- where pharoahs ruled. 4) the geography of Egypt was a desert mostly, with the only water near it was the Nile river. 5) the country was divided into an upper and lower civilization until 3000 B.C. 6) the religion of the country was a polytheistic type of religion, they had over 200 gods. 7)mummification was a process used by the ancient people of the country. 8)the Nile river is one of the few rivers that flows south to north. 9)they were the first people to use paper.

5: 10) the social classes of this country were not very varying from most of the civilizations of that time, they had slaves, and they had peasants, and then high ranking people.

6: 1) the major buildings of this city were placed in the center of the city, for a military defense strategy to make it harder to attack the buildings. 2)the cities of the civilization were planned on a grid system, like modern day large cities. | 3) the country was inside of the continent Asia, which made it a sub-continent. 4) Indus was the beginning of modern day the Hindu religion. 5)the people had a leader, who was a king most of the time it was from the same dynasty. | 6) the civilization of the Indus people had a written language and a speaking language. 7)the people were the first civilization to have form of sewage and plumbing.

7: 8) the Indus civilization was located in between two rivers, the Indus and Gagnes river. 9) the country had annual monsoons, which would either bring wind, or rain. 10) the social classes in the country were similar to china's at the time, with slaves, peasants, and high class citizens.

8: 1) the government of China had kings, which came from dynasty's, but they followed the mandate of heaven, which was that the leaders had devine power from the gods. 2) China was a major buddisht country, they were oner of the originators of the religion. 3)the people and leaders saw there country as the center of the civilized world. 4) some of the technology that China had obtained was wood buildings, and a counting system.

9: 5) China had there own writing language devised by the shaulin monks. 6) the two rivers that flowed in china were the yellow and yangtze river. 7) the civilization was one of the most stable leadership roles, maily from dynasty's. | 8)federalism was a great deal in this country, that is where a king gives land to a nobleman who in turn, gives military service to the king and his army. 9) each family had ancestors that in turn either brought luck or despair on the family members. 10) the social classes were slaves, peasnts, military, and high ranking men
