BC: Mr. Foster lives in Reston and has been making Halloween special for the whole neighborhood for many many years.

4: Down in the basement is a very special place where all the Halloween decorations are stored away. | 4
5: Once a year, just before Halloween, Mr. Foster carries up all the boxes. | 5
6: He unpacks the pumpkins, ghosts and bats. | 6
7: He builds the graveyards. | 7
8: 8 | Signs are placed all along the driveway.
9: 9 | Mr. Foster carefully puts every head on a stake.
10: 10 | Every-where you look, | Mr. Foster has been busy setting up decorations.
11: 11 | Even inside the front door is not forgotten.
12: 12 | That is where a big bowl of candy is waiting.
13: When it gets dark, all the lights are turned on. | 13
14: 14 | From the littlest to the biggest, kids of all ages come to see Mr. Foster's house. Some are afraid to come up the driveway at first, but in the end all have fun.
15: They come to the front door and when it opens, call out, "Trick or Treat". They know at Mr. Foster's house, they always get a big candy bar. | 15
16: After each gets a treat, the children make their way back down the driveway, taking one last look at all the displays. | 16
17: After tonight, Halloween will be over and Mr. Foster's house will not be haunted again for another year. | 17
18: What a night-even the ghouls look tired. The trick-or-treaters with their bags full of candy have all gone home. | Mr. Foster gathers the decorations together and puts them safely in the garage. Tomorrow he will pack them up and stow them away in their special place. | 18
21: Happy Halloween Come again next year. | 21
