1: Each moment should be treasured and so each picture is important. It is a reminder of where we have been and the moments that have shaped our lives...
2: Making the decision to have a child is momentous. It is to decide forever to have your heart go walking around outside your body.

4: So many friends and family came over to visit and meet Lia. | Lia in her Halloween outfits. She is always so fun to dress!

6: HAPPY HALLOWEEN 2008 We stopped over at Aunt Laura's then to Hilton to celebrate with Lia's cousins. | Lia in her Pea Pod

9: Ryan thought he was being so funny by putting Lia in her football "gear" and putting a beer with her. She loved to hang out with Mommy and Daddy.
10: I think that Gordon thought he was the new baby. Anything that was related to Lia, Gordy wanted to be a part of. He was always sleeping in her crib, swing, bouncy seat, car seat, pack & play and stroller. He was constantly posing and stretching out in the baby gear.
11: The "Boys" Dundee and Mic, loved to watch over Lia. Dundee would get so nervous if Lia started crying. He always worried about her.
12: In the Bathtub
13: Bathtime was Mommy and Lia's favorite time of day. Baby Lia used to get so happy and excited for bathtime. She would always kick her little feet in the water and get Mommy all wet!
15: So many people came out: Laura & Curt, Moe & Dave, Renee & Jim, Jess & Elvio, Kevin and Kim, Kelly & Bobo, Frannie & Chris, Laura & Tony, Kate & Joe, Beth and more..it was a great night! | Everyone was home for Thanksgiving and we decided to go out and celebrate Erin's 32nd birthday. It was such a great time and a much needed break for her.

17: November was a time of change and challenge, but together Lia and Mommy became strong and built an unbreakable bond.

19: Lia was always so fun to dress up. She looked adorable in everything, especially with a cute hair bow!

21: Lia did so good playing on her own. She soon began rolling over and crawling... once in motion, she hasn't stopped
22: Decorating the Christmas Tree! This was such a special experience for Mommy. She had Lia in her arms and Kelsey in her heart.

26: Merry Christmas 2008 We had a little photo shoot at the Masceri House. Lia was so good and adorable.

29: A daughter is a mother's gender partner, her closest ally in the family confederacy, an extension of her self. And mothers are their daughters' role model, their biological and emotional road map, the arbiter of all their relationships.

35: Lia and her Aunt Kate | Kate always has, and always will be, an important part of our family. She and Mommy have been friends since birth.

37: Mommy decided to get away so we went for a road trip to Virginia. Mimi drove with us and went to stay with Aunt Jo. It was a nice and relaxing vacation. Lia was so good, as usual and even played with Uncle Joe.
38: Lia's First Hairstyle, a mohawk! Mommy was so excited that we could begin to style Lia's hair, not many options but she looked adorable.

43: Since Lia was born she has been very independent. Once she could get that hand to her mouth, she wanted to feed herself. She is very motivated and strong willed. These are assets that will help Lia to become a strong and successful woman someday.

49: To My Baby Lia, It has taken me a long time to develop my relationship with God and I am so excited that your personal journey has begun. Your life with include great joys and sadness but having God by your side will get you though it all. Believing in Him and the security He brings to your life will keep you safe, protected and loved. Today, I will dedicate your life to God and I hope that as you grow, you will make your own choices to remain close to Him. I will do all I can, as your mother, to show you a good and moral role model. I will make mistakes and ask that you forgive me, as God does. However, know that I will give you all I have and give you the best life possible. I may not give you all you want, but I will give you all that you need. I will hold you close when you are hurt. I will let you go when you are looking for independence, yet never far away. I will love and support you all the days of my life. 51: EASTER 2009 We always celebrate Easter with a brunch and egg hunt at Grammie and Papa's in Hilton, NY. Aunt Margie and the Soley Family always join us too!
52: Cousins are those childhood playmates who grow up to be forever friends.

55: Living with Grammie and Papa for a year was a gift. We were given the gift of time and made so many lasting memories. Papa loved to give Lia her bottle before bed and her cherrio's and toast in the morning. Grammie loved to snuggle Lia and rub her head. Lia will always know how much they love her.
56: Nobody can do for little children what grandparents do. Grandparents sort of sprinkle stardust over the lives of little children.

58: May 26, 2009 Lilac Fest in Rochester, NY Lia and Mommy met Kelly Phillips there. We smelled the flowers and watched the people. Fun Day!

67: Lia has always loved animals. She always tries to get close to them and pet them. It is very nice that she has grown up around all types of animals and loves to watch and play with them. The outfit she is wearing was one of Mommys favorite outfits, loved that pink and green!
68: What are little girls made of? Sugar and spice, And everything nice, That's what little girls are made of.
70: Lia playing with Papa's trucks... She loves her dolls and babies but she can also appreciate the fun of playing with a dump truck. She gets that from her Papa's and her Daddy.
72: Lia loved to play outside in the grass. She even got curious and started eating the grass that Papa had just cut. She is so silly, and adorable!

77: Lia loved to play outside in her pool. She even loved to feel and taste the grass that Papa had just cut. She laughed everytime she splashed herself with water. August 21, 2009 | Mommy loves these pictures because you can clearly see her "angel kiss" that's shaped like a butterfly.

80: September 2009 Springdale Farms Mommy loved the fall season and we went to lots of different farms. Everyone got all dressed in their "Fall Gear" and Lia and Cam had matching shirts.It was a great day with great friends.
82: The kids loved all the things to play on: tractors, pretend horses, bales of hay and loved all the animals! | Maya and Cameron
84: The Sloan's and the Masceri's have become such good friends of our family. We celebrate birthdays, holidays and special occasions with them. Every time we are together we have a ton of fun! We are so grateful for them in our lives.

87: Grammie and Papa were so good to Lia while we were there. They usually had her cereal and toast ready by the time she woke up.
